Keeping a Clean House

They come out every second Wednesday of the month. They do an excellent job, they always very professional, they go above and beyond and even do extra things while they are here. I've just been really impressed with their care overall. They always do a great job for us.

They're not good at all. I think one of my necklaces was stolen by them and it wasn't reviewed of them. Nobody likes them. I don't even know they're on Angie's List. It's funny because the reviews that I've read of them say the same thing as I've thought about them. <br /> <br /> They could have gotten an "A" rating from me if, they may have asked me for supplies, they could have not stolen my necklace, did eventually clean my house, and stuff like that.

They are punctual and always do a great job of cleaning up the house. I am really satisfied with them and have been using them for 3 years now.

I tried several times to schedule the deal with the company. They always had excuses as to why they could not come out. She said she had no room for me in her schedule and would try to work something out with me at a later date. She seemed very unorganized and seemed to not know what her schedule was like. She ended not responding to me at all in the end.

It was a good experience.  The company was very proactive about scheduling as well as completing the work, the cleaners did a thorough job, and they were timely and professional.

The two ladies arrived on time. Communication was good. I used a Groupon deal to procure their services for two man hours of cleaning. Since two ladies arrived, they cleaned for one hour. I wasn't sure how long they would take, so my list of things was too short. I also precleaned a lot so they could really focus on the floors. I hate mopping! Anyway, I knew they use a vinegar/water mix on the floor. This is actually what I use, so it was great. The ladies were nice and professional. I felt like they could have done a little better mopping, as this was a top priority. I wasn't so impressed that I would necessarily use them again without another Groupon or Living Social deal. I also didn't like the fact that they request a survey be filled out right in front of them. It was a little uncomfortable and I hadn't even been around to assess their work. They should just leave the survey and offer a 10% off repeat business if the survey is returned or something. <br />

We used her for quite a while. She did a good job.

I got a quick call from the provider following the purchase of my deal.  I wasn't able to schedule it when I wanted because they were booked.  After some discussion, we settled on a weekend date.  They were late for the appt but kept me advised.  The cleaning was thorough. <br />

They did a good job, but they sent four girls to do the work. That is too many people for me, so I haven't used them again.

It worked out fine. I think 3 girls came out to the house to clean. They stayed for couple of hours. It was a big deal purchase. There was no extra charge. I have used them several times.
