Came out for 2 story home window cleaning, but did not bring a ladder for the 2nd story. Took payment. Said they should be back Friday morning to complete job. Never came back. Wont reply to messages. Scam. Do NOT do business with.

I was not going to write a review as I spoke with the cleaner about my concerns directly, but I feel it important for others to hear my experience. The carpets were given good attention and look clean. But, the overall job we agreed upon was not done. There was no deep cleaning done, just a wipe down, and not even all surfaces. The house was empty and was easy to get to all areas. I had to clean the kitchen cabinets surfaces, knobs, fridge, stove/oven. Of most concern was that items were taken from the house without asking. Thank goodness nothing of value was in the house, as I wonder what else would have been taken. Even though the few items were not of value, it is not acceptable to take anything without requesting to do so. Overall, this is a company I would not recommend.

Real deep clean, like moved all the furniture etc. good price and worth it.
