Keith's was punctual, and was able to quickly locate the septic tank. They uncovered the tank, filled it for inspection, inspected it and the back-flow preventer, located the field lines, and pumped the tank. They provided a field-written report with a site sketch showing the location, along with a discussion of the issues found and recommendations.

I called on a Friday and he was able to come that Monday. He is very straight forward and honest. He took the time to explain things and how to prevent it in the future. Our tank was located under a deck so there was extra work involved for which he did not charge for. I was very impressed with the hard work put forth and he drained not only the wastewater but the sludge. This is important because there are others who will only pull off the wastewater and not the rest, so be certain who you choose. We chose well.

Used a backhoe and actual removed top of the Septic tank and pumped tank clean of water and sludge.  A previous service a week earlier just stuck a flex line into tank and pumped out the water and left the sludge.  The line from the tank to the field lines was plugged so they dug it up and replaced with new line.  They then did a field line test by probing thru the ground of the field lines and showed they were in good shape.  Septic system is now working great.  The day started out around 25degF at 8am when they arrived.  They completed all the work in 3 hours.  They also gave me several tips on how to eliminate any future Septic system problems. <br />
