At first everything was fine. The unit was replaced and my home is very comfortable. Would definitely tell all my friends about Kelly 's Heating and Cooling Company. They were truly honest and knowledgeable. Update: most recently, when we needed the coolant for to be replaced because we bought it under warranty, they said they were going to cost another 300$. We gave them 180$ to come back to repair the coil and never came back. He still has my coiling. Update: He lied about an American Standard authorized dealer.

They were constantly late, they were always hours late, and when you call they always had and excuse. I been trying to schedule an appointment with them recentlyc I called numerous times to schedule appointment and they have not show up. I feel like I just got robbed <br />

My experience was bad. They did not communicate as they promised. They did an inspection but did not inform me of what the problem was. I was charged the first time for the air shocker which included a new part.

This is a rental home and they needed to put in a stack duct. Instead of putting the stact duct in the wall, they put a pole from the furnace going straight up thru 2 levels of my home and now there is a huge pole in the middle of the kitchen going upstairs! The pole is between the stove and the pantry. I am livid! I would never have agreed to this! I called him and said that I wanted it redone. His response was that this was the only way to get it upstairs. I told him that someone should have talked to me about this before the work was done. He agreed to come to the house today to talk with me, but he is now an hour late for our appointment. <br /> <br /> They were scheduled to come out to the house today, 12/30/14, between 9 am - 1 pm. They have yet to call or show up. <br /> <br /> ***1/28/2015 UPDATE: They were supposed to come last Friday and they cancelled. I had called off work so I could be there and they didn't make it. They were supposed to come again this past Monday 01/26/2015 and called again and stated that they were backed up and couldn't make it once again! They state that they will call back and don't. They either cancel, or they just don't show up!

"MR.[removed member name]we are ex-stream sorry you feel this way ,Danny has contacted you numerous times during this install to advise you of limited possibility when it came to exposure of duct work .this project went as planned and we advised Mr [removed member name]of exposed supply (pole) going threw kitchen,however Mr [removed member name]called after install was completed and stated the supply duct was NOT going to work in that location ,time of call was around 9 pm and Mr [removed member name]stated he was going into work so we agreed to touch base in the am for a appointed time ,Mr [removed member name]did not call ,Kelly Heating takes a great deal of pride in our craftsmanship and are willing to make any necessary adjustments to this project as Mr [removed member name]deems necessary-(phone calls have been placed but no response from consumer)"

<p>They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. This was all at his suggestion, which I appreciated. Overall, it turned out very well.</p>

Our outdoor fan was very dirty from yard and tree debris. The technician cleaned it out and it looks great! He pointed out some parts on the unit to keep an eye on for our home warranty and did not try to fix them at our cost. All in all the technician was very helpful, quick, on time, and did the work as expected. <br />

Tech arrived at home for a 1pm-3pm scheduled inspection. I was informed that I needed a new AC unit and he could install it that day for $1800. Next morning it was noticed that water was leaking in basement next to furnace. I called Kelley and they said they'd send a tech out between 9am and 10am. Tech arrived after 11am and informed me that I needed a new condensate pump for $215. He installed the pump and left immediately. It was noticed shortly that water was still dripping in basement. I called Kelley at 12:45pm and was informed they would send the tech back immediately. After many phone calls the tech arrived at 6:45pm and I was informed that I needed a new evaporator coil for $875 but it was too late in the day to get the part; I suggested that maybe the condensate pump wasn't bad afterall but was informed that he was positive it was and had already discarded the old unit. I was told they would install is the next day between 9am and 11am. The tech arrived at 2:30pm to install, and I haven't had any further issues. Due to the installations I have 3 free years of service calls provided, so I probably will deal with the company from time to time but if I need any further installations I believe I will go with a different company. <br /> Also, when the tech removed the old AC unit he left it in my yard... where it remains 11 days (and counting) later. <br />
