Kelly Kleeners

She comes every 2 weeks and I have used her for years. Her price is a little high. She is a really good cleaner but at times shows up late. I think it is fair for the amount she spends here. I have never really compared her to others. The only problem with her is reliability.

They did a good job. They were pretty good I really like them.

It went well but three hours of work by one person for $150 ( seems steep since I have had three people do the same thing more thoroughly for the same price in two hours. Since this was suppose to be a special promotion I have no idea what it would have cost if I payed full price. I am now wary of special promotions. <br /> <br />

I had been thinking about getting some help cleaning our house for a while and finally booked Kelly back in October, She responded to my email and we scheduled a time for the next week. She and her assistant were 15 minutes late although since they got lost but they got on the job right away. I got a big house with 5 bathrooms. Kelley focused on bathrooms and kitchen while her assistant worked on vacuuming and floorboard. They were very professional and I was very happy with their work. If I have to be very picky, I had to say that they missed a few details. But who would not with a house that size. I have my next cleaning scheduled with them and plan on having them back every month. I would recommend them <br />

We were very satisfied with the cleaning, great job on the floors.  My only problem was the overpowering smell of the cleaning fluid used. <br /> <br />

This cleaning company was very <br /> pleasant to converse with but they left without my having a chance to review the <br /> work . What was immediately apparent and surprising was that my bathroom had <br /> been completely overlooked.  After cleaning my bathroom and calling the cleaning <br /> company to complain, I looked about the rest of the house and found that the <br /> cleaning was uneven ? dusting and vacuuming was done basically in the center. <br /> Kitchen counters and appliances were not cleaned,nor were mirrors. The company <br /> has offered to return and redo the cleaning. That would be acceptable to me but <br /> I would like to know what is included in the cleaning and what products are <br /> used.

<p>It went very well. I would hire Kelly Kleeners again.</p> <p>Kelly and her assistant arrived at the scheduled time, and brought all of the equipment and cleaning materials that they would use. Kelly had me review with her the areas I wanted cleaned, and she promptly set about doing the job. </p> <p>I had been ill for a while and then had an injury that made it difficult to clean my home thoroughly. To complicate things, I have two cats who shed a great deal of fur, and a teenage boy who is, well, not as neat as he could be in the bathroom. Kelly and her assistant worked for 2.5 hours and the result was that my home was cleaner than it has been in quite some time. </p> <br />

It was uneven. First, she was delayed 1 1/2 hr and I had taken the morning off from work to guide her and I had to leave before she was done. She apparently spent a lot of time upstairs in the bedrooms but not enough time downstairs in the main living area and did not thoroughly clean the floors and did not touch the lower half bath which I had specifically pointed out to her.  So I would not call her back or recommend her.

It went ok....didn't see much for cleaning products or equipment, condo didn't have any" clean smell" to it, no mop bucket. over all seem too pricey for what was done. Expected more of a deeper clean but that was my fault for not making it clear. <br />

Kelly is very pleasant and polite.  Extremely professional.  My kids loved her!  Kelly uses all her own supplies - we didn't love the smell of the pine sol so she was happy to use something else.  I thought the price was a little high - 25+ per hour, but it's an important service so I am OK with it. <br /> I have a large house - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family room, living room, 4 children - 2 little ones and two teens, and a dog.  We are all extremely busy so the house gets cluttered easily and no one has time to pick up and put stuff away, let alone actually clean and disinfect.  So this is something that I really need. <br /> Kelly is very good at cleaning, but she doesn't really pick up and put anything away - so if there is a toy or a blanket on the floor, it will still be there when she leaves.  We have to do all the picking up and organizing before she comes or it's not worth it. <br /> There was one incident when I told Kelly that I had company coming - I was very stressed out - and asked her to be extra thorough.  I had to then run out for an errand, and when I came back, the upstairs floors had not been done and the toilets didn't look very clean.   I was very dissapointed and called Kelly.  She came right back and did it, which I appreciated it - but it would have been better if that didn't happen in the first place. <br /> Overall I would say that Kelly does a very good job cleaning, but you have to be very specific about what you need done.  That does not work very well for me, because I am so swamped with work and family that I don't always know or have time to think about what needs to be done - so I need someone that is very proactive and sees what needs to be done and just does it! <br /> If you are the type of person who is very specific about your needs, Kelly will definitely do a great job for you. <br />

Kelly was very thorough,  followed directions of what I wanted done.   She cleaned a tenant's apt which had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time.  She paid attention to detail.    I was surprised at the reasonable price she charged.   She is now cleaning monthly at this location. <br />

Kelley did a great job vacuuming and dusting. She used my Hoover floormate to wash the floor and was done very quickly. She washed my kitchen down to super clean and cleaned out hard to reach places like my garden window. fantastic! <br />

Fabulous, detailed cleaning, way better than two cleaning services previous. She (Kelly) did fans, kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets, cat mess, and did detailed cleaning of the house, all in three hours. I'm VERY pleased. Next cleaning slated for Monday Nov.4, <br />

Just from our talk over the phone could not wait to meet her.She was very clear with the details that would be done. It looked Fabulous when i came home.I will have Kelly Kleeners back again.
