Honestly, can't say enough good things about Kelly Kobrin! First, he is honest and fair. Then he's incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and patient. I learned, in the midst of my mother having a health crisis, that her master shower was leaking into the unit below. I went to Angi to find a plumber. Kelly responded within minutes of the inquiry and came to the condo the next day. He diagnosed the problem and referred us to an excellent tile repair/installer. We opted to retile the entire bathroom. Scheduling this job was challenging & Kelly was great at communicating. In addition to repairing the bathroom, Kelly installed a bypass on the corroded water main and replaced the disposal. He's a skilled plumber with a great network of collaborating professionals, but what impressed me most was his kindness. He understood how challenging our family's situation was and was just a good human throughout. He even helped my mom after a fall and brought her flowers. Highly, highly recommend!

Mr Kelly is wonderful. He was very friendly, and honest. He did a fantastic job fixing a broken pipe that was connected to a shut off valve do my house. He did not overcharge me or tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. I will be hiring Kelly again.

Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
Kelly was on time, very friendly, and did a great job. I prefer to work directly with the owner instead of a large plumbing company. I had quotes from bigger plumbing companies and the pricing was much higher because you’re paying both the plumber and the company. I’d definitely recommend Kelly Plumbing.

Beware! Not only unprofessional, complained about everything, and blamed his lack of testing on others. After installing bath tub was mad that he had to come back due to a leak that he did not detect, because he did not test prior to leaving. Blamed it on the previous work that had been there for over 5 years with no problems. Paid him 60% upfront and demanded the balance before he finished. When we refused he walked off the job. All that remained was to install shower head and reseat toilet. Not a good person and would never recommend

"Firstly, the removal of this bathtub and shower and toilet are because it was a bathroom re-model from several years ago, not permitted and not to code and a pending sale necessitated it being redone, meeting fire safety standards, walls, and studs for this condominium. I first checked the job out on June 24, everything was intact. The glass shower doors all the walls with tile, all were to be removed by the contractor. The owner supplied tub was still in a box in the living room. I uncrated the acrylic tub and it was damaged. The owner and contractor were notified and were supposed to supply a new one the next day the 25th. June 28 I removed the shower feature and the toilet to facilitate removal of the old tub. There had been no demo on the walls yet. July 8: Finally, after waiting 2 weeks for the owner/contractor to exchange the tub, I personally exchanged the damaged tub at Lowes per owner’s request, set the tub, fixed a leak in the wall caused by contractors, set the tub, and tested. Wednesday, July 10th, Owner notified me at 8:30 PM I must be there to finish the job Friday AM. I responded that I was booked in the morning and after talking with the tile contractor he wouldn’t be done til Friday 3 PM and no workers are allowed in the building after 4 pm. Leaving me no time to set the toilet, and install the shower features. I told her I could come Monday. The owner was irate and says she’ll get someone else to do it. I was never paid for exchanging the tub which took three hours, I was never paid for fixing the damaged copper pipe in the wall, I was never paid for buying new trim for the tub waste and overflow and I was never paid the balance of the job which would’ve been close to $1,800. I was very polite to the owners and did a professional job. This review is not indicative of my work at all. I have tried to talk to the owners but they have hung up on me. It is so rare that I have ever had a problem on a job to this extreme; I wish it could’ve turned out different."
