The technician was prompt and arrived to my house on time. He answered all my questions and addressed them in such a manner that was easy for me to understand. He made sure to clean up behind himself and made sure that all my concerns were answered. He was knowledgeable and very kind. I plan to use him again in the future and will record him to friends as well

Wonderful! One of the best appliances services we had done! We keep his business card hanging on our fridge and will definitely be giving him a call if we have any other appliance issues! We have referred quite a bit of our family and friends to him!

He said the spin lock was broken. The washer is an older model and he asked me if I wanted to put $200 or more into fixing it with the correct part plus labor. I did not. So he bypassed the spin lock so that the washer will work. He was here just a few minutes, his business is in the same city, he didn’t install a new part, and he charged me $100!!! I think that was exorbitant! Would not recommend him.
