We bought an Angie's List package for a garage door tune up. The person who came recommended we change the spring as it was too weak for the door's weight. After we made the change, the door is MUCH quieter to operate and water does not seep in the garage under the door as it used to. We are very satisfied with the services that were performed

Came the same day that I called. Work performed efficiently and professionally and with an explanation of what he was doing and why. Replaced pulley and old noisy rollers with much quieter ones. Free lube. Very satisfied!

It worked out well. They did a great job. I like the fact that they were, because I wasn’t sure replacing the springs and they showed me why and they gave me some maintenance tips. It was very quick and I thought they did a good job. My interactions with them were very good. The work turned out well. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they cleaned up nicely.

They did a good job. It seems to be working pretty good. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were and they did the job.

All he did was come in and look at it and said, ?you have cheap doors!? ?You need better doors and you need a better system for closing!? It was useless basically! He oiled the track at the top, because it was noisy. We expected that maybe there would be the possibility to changing some parts. <br /> <br /> We had no idea that because we had the builders grade garage doors & apparently the least expensive tracking. That nothing that he could have done would have made any difference, except we could have paid $1,200 or more to get a whole new system. Well, that wasn?t what we paid for really. He did say he would oil a couple of parts and maybe it will help. It didn?t because everything is not very good.   <br /> He was responsive. I think he was on time. He was professional. I understand what the issue is, we would have to get more estimates.

Came in, looked at the garage door, cleaned it up, made recommendations to replace pulley and we agreed. They are friendly, honest and got everything we expected.

It was fine. They came out when they said and took care of it. We haven't had any issues. They did what was expected. They did the work in an hour. I think their price was reasonable. I would not use them because we're leaving the area.

Professional worker was prompt and courteous. Completed the tune-up then made calls back to the office to ask for advice about the garage door. It is strictly my opinion, but I think the garage door was older then the worker. Nonetheless, didn't have an impact on the job. He was given excellent advice from the office which was basically "leave it because it's not broken".

This service was for replacing an extension garage door spring for a single car garage door. They installed the spring and recommended to replace the rollers as well. Overall price was great and they did a wonderful job. The garage door runs quietly than before. I highly recommend these guys for the job. Thank you!
