KELMS Pressure Washing

Very disappointed! Paid a lot of money and the roof was not properly cleaned , received a fine notice from HOA a month and half after KELMs cleaned and was told by SOL that he would return to fix the issue of not cleaning properly, after asking him for a date and time when he will take care of it , he gave me a day and I waited for him and neither he nor his tech showed up and claimed stuck in traffic for the remainder of the day. I asked to keep me in the loop on when he would actually come and he never communicated and offered to email the HOA that he would clean and he did but the email did nothing , I reached out to him to schedule a time for him to return but he blocked me and ignored my text. Very poor work ethic and customer service. Extremely disappointed! I see a lot of reviews but maybe for pressure washing , as far as roof cleaning , they did a horrible job

Great service! They power-washed my house and did an excellent job. The team was on time, professional, and the results were better than expected. Highly recommend.

A small amount of confusion from multiple calls soliciting the job. However, that got straightened out and the wash job was done well and quickly for a fair price. Met all expectations and the completed project looks great.
