I needed to have my water heater replaced, as requested by my insurance company. These guys came in and did everything for a very fair price and were polite and hard working. I will use them again.

The tech was very friendly but not very knowledgeable and told me access point for mixer valve was not installed to code. I immediately called my builder they sent a rep and it is in master bathroom closet and the heat issue was fixed by my builder not even a plumber. I paid $195 for the visit and insisted they get paid since the mixer valve situation wasn’t their issue. However not happy that a professional plumber didn’t look across from the shower to check for access point thus I paid for nothing to be done. Thanks to Thomas homes for getting their people to the home To set my mind at ease about the location of the mixer valve.

Slow, didn't show some days. Not a timely manner getting it done. Drywall to take tile down was cut to far out. Had to take counters out to fix drywall. Had a leak they didn't fix or tell me about.

They fixed the leak from toilet tank. The faucet was installed too tight hard to use

He called and came out the same day and within 30 minutes of arrival had dug a hole, found the leak, replaced cracked pipe and was done. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Charlie found the water shut off valve to the house, then replaced the defective shut off valve behind the toilet. Then he repaired the toilet. Quick response, very professional and a great price.

Charlie Kelson was the only plumber who returned my calls to five plumbing contractors. Since we had company visiting it was urgent that we get the plumbing working as soon as possible. Even the plumber advertising 24 hour service has not returned my call by noon the next day. Charlie showed up as promised the following morning and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in short order.

Charlie at Kelson Plumbing answered my service call on first phone contact, came out within a couple hours on the same day, did outstanding work and even assisted with a problem I had under my sink at no extra charge..You do not find a lot of people who do this kind of service these days..I would highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing needs you have. This is my second time using Kelson plumbing and could not be happier. New plumbing fixtures ( all fixtures were supplied by me) were installed in three bathrooms along with the installation of a brand new kitchen faucet. The old dishwasher was also removed and a new one installed. He did an excellent job and would not hesitate to highly recommend him to family and friends.

On the second visit after #2 shower installation, I told him one shower delivered hot water quickly and hotter than the other (on opposite sides of the house, same distance to hot water heater). I asked if it was possible the cartridge could be defective. He did not think so. I called Moen for Warranty Support. They told me the cartridge was under tension inside to regulate hot/cold water and provided me instructions for cleaning out the area before re-installing. I conveyed this to Charlie and he said he would take care of it. No additional money mentioned. Even if there was some amt for a service call, I would pay for his time. I told him I was flexible and next time he was in my neighborhood, he could swap it out. At that time we would figure out if it was a defective shower cartridge or what the alternative plan would be. After multiple calls and an email, I have spoken to him twice. Each time, he promised to take care of it by the end of the week. Last time he said he would call me in 5 minutes and never did. I have only pursued this because he offered to install a new cartridge after getting a replacement from Moen. After two months of being patient, he obviously has moved on.

Had called many other plumbers the day after the 4th of July weekend and Charlie was the only one who said he could take care of the problem the same day

I have been using Kelson plumbing since I move to Pensacola three years ago.  The owner, Charlie, is very nice, punctual, and does a phenomenal job each time.  He has very quick turnaround times, so there is no waiting weeks for an appointment.  He is very knowledgable, and I trust the work he does.  I will definitely be using him in the future, and I highly recommend him to everyone.
