Very good. Put in dual shutoff, for dishwasher and sink. Was hard to get at under the sink, but he handled it.

Tommy was fantastic!  He arrived on time, and accomplished all projects in a very timely manner.  I believe that he was here for only about an hour.  Very personal, accurately accessed the project requirements and completed everything that was required.  I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing previously and would do so again! <br />

Great!  I have had several plumbers over the years and Ken Dixon Plumbing is definitely my "go-to". <br />

They came out quickly to bid the job.  I had to call a couple times to get the estimate.   <br /> I set the start date and they started on time. <br /> The job went well, they took care not to damage anything on the property and a nice job of cleanup. <br /> <br /> <br />

Everything went very smoothly with no problems. The same nice gentleman who installed my disposal also installed a new water softener. I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing for several years and have never had any problems whatsoever. If I'm told they will have to call me back then in a very short time they call. I've always had prompt service and will always call them for my plumbing needs. <br />

Communication, service and installation were great. We were very pleased. <br />

I would use them in the future.

I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing in the past.  They always provide excellent service.  The plumber they sent could not have been nicer.  He installed the kitchen faucet one way...and when I changed my mind, he happily changed it for me.  I told him I was donating my old toilets and he took them all apart and put them in the boxes that the new toilets came in.  I had a Moen replacement part for my powder bath sink.  He let me know that it was the wrong part, and offered to speak to Moen when I called them to let them know what part I needed.   <br /> I have one more toilet to replace and a few little fixes on some other faucets, I will be calling Ken Dixon Plumbing for those jobs as well. <br />

I called on Tuesday, June 30.   They could have someone at my house the next day but it didn't work for my schedule so we went with today (July 2).    Appointment was for between 10a-12pm.   Tommy arrived within that window, as promised.   We explained the problems and talked through options.   Problems:   Loud vibrating noise happening in the walls behind the commode in the half-bath.     Constantly running water in all three toilets.   Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced or fixed. <br /> He listened to us, inspected the equipment and explained options before starting work.   We agreed to the work listed above and that he would work on the faucet for as much as the hour would allow.    <br /> It's been two hours since he left and there is no more loud vibration noise in the pipes in our walls, none of the toilets are draining water and the kitchen faucet is much easier to operate.    <br /> The service was good, quick, kind and informative.    I hope that I have found a company that I can continue to use and refer to my friends when they need a good plumber. <br /> <br />

Called and scheduled service after two very highly rated (top 2) Angie's List Plumber failed to provide the level service that Angie's List says they do. One of the other plumbers, can out started the work and left, while giving me a estimated price that was more than twice what I paid with Ken's. Tommy came out on time! Right off I could tell this guy will get the job done. 30 minutes later, he was done and ready to go to the next job! Tommy and his helper was very professional cleaned up their mess and put the tub/show back together after the last plumber did not finish the job. <br /> I highly recommend everyone calling Ken's. The staff was very friendly every time I talked to them too. <br /> GREAT JOB! <br />

<p>They ran a little late due to taking longer than expected at their prior service call, which was the final plumbing inspection for a newly built home.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing several times previously,  I am VERY happy with the service that hey provide.  They are usually accommodating about getting me into their schedule.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The new water heater was installed without incident.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>In addition, I find that the plumbers that have been assigned to our house have all been professional and VERY nice to deal with!!</p> <br />

I had an appointment between 10:00 and 12:00.  They did not arrive within that time frame so I called them.  They said that the plumber that was assigned to my job got delayed at the job before mine.  They sent another guy to do the job.  When he arrived he explained to me that the Delta faucet in my parents home was very old and he was not sure that he would be able to do the work without possibly breaking the valve.  He explained that if the valve was to break in the process he would have to make a hole in the adjoining bedroom wall to replace the valve if it was to break.  I was very appreciative that he explained that there was a possibility that this might happen.  I told him to go ahead and do the work and if it was to break I understood that he would have to put a hole in the wall to fix it.  He was able to rebuild the inside of the faucet and it did not break...so I was very happy.  He replaced all of the trim. He told me that he did not change out the bottom drain, as that was the original one that fit perfectly in the tub enclosure spot for it and the one I had would not have fit perfectly like that one did.  I was so thankful that he thought about that and decided not to change it because it does fit perfectly and matches the new stuff, so it looks fine.  It would have been horrible to have one that did not fit in there properly.  Appreciate it so much that he thought about that and left it in. <br /> I have a kitchen faucet in my home that needs replaced and I hope to use Daniel from Ken Dixon plumbing for that job as well.  He was very nice and did a good job! <br />

Water pressure inside the house is awesome.  Sprinkler system works great. <br />

<p>Repairman was on time and professional. Explained the repair as he was working. Have Dixon Plumbing in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service.</p> <br />

I called and explained about my water heater and asked when they could replace it. The lady said she would have to check to see if they had a water heater in stock and would call me back in a few minutes. She did as she said and they came out before 10am the next morning. Everyone was so nice and the very nice gentlemen who replaced the heater took the time to let me ask questions and answered them all. Before they got to my house I had to move some things that would have been in the way and he even offered to help me move them all back. In the very near future I will be calling them to install a new water softner.
