I will never hire this contractor again. I signed the project documents on June 3 and was told work would begin in roughly two weeks. They did meet that initial expectation and began work on June 15. The project consisted of a new deck, a concrete patio, and a new door, with an estimated completion timeframe of 2?3 weeks. The project was not actually completed until August 24 ? 70 days after work began, or exactly 10 weeks. A project that was estimated to take 2?3 weeks ended up taking 10 weeks. One of the biggest problems throughout the project was that I constantly had to initiate contact just to get work done. It felt like the only way I could get someone to come to my property and continue the project was to text them myself. If I didn?t reach out asking when someone was coming or what was happening next, work simply didn?t seem to happen. We would like to address a few points where our record of the project differs from your account. The main factor in the timeline was the replacement door. That door was subject to your selection of a preferred design and a supplier lead time of more than 2.5 weeks, both of which were outside our direct control. Because it arrived at 2 p.m., we installed it first thing the following day. Once the door was in, you requested a change order that we were unable to get to the very next day but completed promptly afterward. I aim to keep every client informed on scheduling and thorough final cleanup is part of every job we do, and anything left behind falls short of the standard we hold our crews to ? for that, you have our sincerest apology. Despite the bumps along the way, we're proud of the final result and wish you all the best."

Kennedy Custom Builds is a reliable professional and reasonable priced company. He and his crew were also reliable respectful and professional. I had a front porch and stair case to the back patio removed and replaced. I was very pleased with the entire project. I will be hiring this company again to do some work inside my home this winter as well as exterior work on my home this spring. Thank Kennedy Custom Builds.
