Our air conditioning has not been cooling our house during these hot days. The a/c equipment only cools to about 84F. Not good for me and my disabled 85 year old wife. Kenneth came to our house twice. On July 18 he put in RS44 and refrigerant dye for $350, including labor. That did not work. On August 22, he returned and did a leak detection plus more RS44. This time it was $1,000.00, including labor. He also did something with the electrical. The result was the same -- we cannot cool our house to less than 84 degrees on hot days, although Kenneth kept saying that he could fix our a/c. I will never call him again -- I can't afford another service trip that fails to repair our a/c.

Another company worked on my heater twice and did not resolve the problem which was that the heat would not always come on as scheduled. Kenneth's identified the real cause of the problem and fixed it. He also noticed a conduit connection going into the roof was separated where rain could enter. He fixed that, too. Two other companies wanted to sign me up as a preferred customer (for a significant fee) for privileged service. I consider that to be unfair to customers not signed up but have an emergency need. Kenneth's did not try to sign me up to such a program. Kenneth's gave me prompt service and solved the problem at a reasonable price. Kenneth's is now my preferred go-to HVAC servicing company.

Went as planned. Job was permitted and passed inspection no problem. Job site was left clean and neat. Workers were courteous and fast. Very satisfied. Kenneth was helpful in deciding what equipment was needed without spending more money than necessary to accomplish the desired results.

Not only did he send a technician out the very day I called (it was freezing!), but because the technician did not have my filter size on his truck, Kenneth personally came back, installed the filter without extra charge, and checked all the registers to make sure they were properly open. This was one of the very best customer service experiences I have ever had - and I have owned lots of homes. Everyone involved was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. <br />

I+when bidding, they were responsive and explained the process well. I paid them right away after the initial job was done. After 3 phone calls, they came back twice to fix problems outside of thier control. <br /> <br /> -They crimped the return ductwork during the install. I had to call them back 3 times for them to come over to fix it and they strapped it back up, and somewhat punched out the crimp on the old pipe. Due to damage to the main return (partially their responsibility), I offered to pay materials for them to replace it. I could have held them responsible for the whole thing, but wanted to be fair. I asked for a bid for this to be repaired, offering to share the cost, due to the age of the system. After a few more phone calls, I got a $890 offer to replace the section. <br />

Wow! He was very responsive and knowledgable. His advice was just what we were thinking for our home of twenty five years. The product he presented was superior and reasonable in price. His installation was prompt and professional. The work was accomplished quickly with very little interruption in my daily life. There were code issues and those were brought up to snuff! All in all I'm very pleased with the performance of this great new unit. It was right before a very hot spell and boy what a lifesaver! Kenneth and his crew worked well and he was diligent to make sure every little thing his crew did was inspected personally by himself. I highly recommend this business. I love the respect with which I was treated as a client. That's what I'm sayin! <br />

Thanks to Kenneth's Heating and Air our AC is up and running. We bought a new home and the previous homeowner did a lot of things on his own or didn't finish projects. Kenneth came in one late afternoon to take a look and the next day at noon he and his team repaired everything to make the AC unit run more efficiently. Ducts were replaced.

I called for an Annual Maintenance Tune-up on my furnace. Kenneth arrived on time, very polite and professional. I was impressed by his appearance and he seemed very knowledgable. However, I was expecting a little more for my money. That was it! I could have done that myself! I had a coupon for $15.00 off, that I printed off of Angie's list. I was told on the phone that the cost for the Annual Maintenance tune-up service fee was $100.00. I was anticipating that the total cost would be $85.00 after the coupon was applied. After writing up my "recommendations", I was still charged $100.00. I asked him if he applied the coupon, he said yes. He said he has to spend extra on gas to come to Paso so my coupon paid for the extra charge for his gas! I ended up going to Home Depot, spent $45, bought my own thermal wrap & tape and saved myself the $140.00 he was going to charge me! Maybe in an emergency I would use him, but would be skeptical.

I had two bids from other companies before I found Kenneth's Heating and A/C. One bid was for $17,000 (One Hour Heating), another was for $10,000 (Paso Robles Heating). I chose Kenneth's not only because his bid of $5,400 was much lower than the other bids but because he was experienced, enthusiastic and very professional. He did exactly what he said he would do and he did it promptly and efficiently. I would certainly use Kenneth's again and strongly recommend this company to other home owners. <br />

Called him at 845 am and fixed by 930am. Checked out my filter and vents nd changed filter that was thick with dust. Gave tips on how to keep a/c in good repair and what to look for when needs service. Repaired condenser when could have easily charged for new fan motor as well. Good guy. Efficient, prompt and honest. <br /> <br />
