Your stove and jacuzzi were assigned to another vendor who was supposed to take care of those issues for you. Sometimes property management companies assign more than one contracting company to come work on your residence, especially if there is more than one work order that is created for your home, and in this case, that is what happened. I hope that clears up any confusion you have."
