Kenny Casey IT

Kenny gave me the option of him connecting to my computer or walking me through running some utilities to determine where the issue was. I chose to run the utilities and let him advise from the results. Issue was caused by one of my programs that was being updated daily. He walked me through reconfiguring the program to only check for updates when I request. Kenny has a very good understanding of the operating system and is fun to talk to.

It went well. He had the screen fixed within 30-40 minutes.

Kenny Casey is hands down one of the coolest and most professional people have I've ever had the pleasure of hiring! He built me a monster computer for gaming and I just had to tell him what I was looking for and he did the rest! While he was there he fixed my iPad and helped me set up the rest of my computer in a very timely manner! If you're looking for the best look no further then Kenny Casey! Kenny fixed my phone screen the same day! It was a decent price and it’s still works great! It is a great quality screen!! I have recommended family to him and will use again in the future.

Everything was outstanding. On one occasion he came in during the weekend to work on things for me so he did not interrupt any office work flow during the week. I also had an issue I could not figure out for 2 days. He remoted into my PC and fixed it within a matter of minutes.
