Ken is a great professional. He has 35 years of experience and he did a great job finding things that needed attention. He spent time explaining everything to us and provided a great hand written report on the inspection form that he uses. I couldn't be happier.

Ken was an excellent home inspector, he pointed out many issues in the home that i could never figure it out, I will ask him to inspect any properties I will try to own. Some realtors will push to waive inspection in order to win confidence to their future dealings.

Excellent work. Inspection occurred in a timely manner and the inspection was thorough. Following the inspection, Ken went through his findings and the findings from others on his team. They made sure I understood those findings and helped me prioritize the work. Although I do not have the level of knowledge regarding home inspections and repairs, Ken and his team spent the time I needed so I came away with a true understanding of the inspection and inspection results. This was critical for me as I worked to finalize an agreement with the property seller so our agreement was transparent and equitable. I will definitely seek out his help in the future.
