West Springfield, MA 0116 10/25/2022 16 photos DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! He started a job for us and never came back , had a punch list of 7-8 items and DIDNT COMPLETE ONE! Took elder female sister that lives on social security for 6300.00 Was supposed to clean and paint cellar and take stuff to dump. Instead he threw everything into a crawl space under porch and cinder blocked it up so we couldn't see inside. Ended up taking a sledge hammer to wall and found all the stuff crammed in it.. Also claims to have business insurance but doesn't! Unlicensed contractor too. Would show up at random times (11ish) and be gone by 230-3. Bailed on the job. Left me a mess to clean up. Took block out of hatchway and removed stairs , now it's a 5 foot fall into basement, repointed exterior foundation and left job undone.. Still have an area unfinished and never repainted foundation or grade dirt away from foundation. On second dumpster now. Filed complaint with BBB and Atty General consumer fraud division! I urge people to go to Google reviews , Yelp , Angie's list, and BBB .. I wish we did. Becomes argumentative. Punched one former customer who filed report with W.S.P.D. Everday it was something! Didn't feel I could trust him to be in the home when no one was home.. Should of went with my gut feelings the day I met him..

Ken and his crew did a nice job on the garage floor . The coating has worn well and looks decent. <br /> The tile on the front steps is another matter entirely.  The slate has come apart and sheets of it are separating from the tiles. Apparently the tiles have absorbed water and are literally crumbling. We have explained this to Ken in several phone calls and he has made one excuse after the other as to why he doesn't have enough time to look at it to see what can be done. <br /> His last message to me was very curt and after cursing, he said to stop hounding him and that he'd get here when he gets here.

The job itself was fine. The color was fine, and they did a decent job. I had an area that was cracked that I had asked him about repairing, and he said it was fine and it wouldn’t be a problem. After a winter cycle, that same area needed to be repaired again. I called him and it was excuse after excuse and he never came. We went through another winter and I called again, and it was just all new excuses. Now I have much more cracking and I know that he won’t be returning. If I knew this wasn’t going to hold up I wouldn’t have spent $1000.

Quick estimate. Professional work process. Very clean and neat. So far, no further water leaks. <br />

They were very timely. They didn't mind going out of their way to help out if there were little things that needed to be done. I would recommend them to others.

He did work in my basement to fix the problem. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.
