She did an excellent job cleaning up the room of a previous roommate who left it a complete mess. Multiple stains on the floors and walls littered the room before she began. After the room was cleaned, it's as if the previous tenant hadn't even lived there, which is amazing. Definitely recommend her and will certainly be using the service again soon!

She cleaned out my fridge (great job) but left some items on the counter. Good job on the floors but failed to do the kitchen floor. She worked hard and I'm happy with what she did but forgetting somethings just doesn't work for me. She is a very pleasant person, I wish I could give her 5 stars but...

PLEASE DO NOT USE HER? unless you want someone that makes up a quote on the spot and makes you clean up after her. She basically moped over the floor without sweeping, so everything was sticky and embedded in the floor. Skipped cleaning countertops and carpets/rugs. When asked if should could vacuum again, she says she already did and blames my kids for the mess even though it is the same debris that was there before and my kids were not even in the room. After I debated with her on the poor work and excessive cost (which I would never pay that much for a cleaning and I assumed was determined after she got her), she threatened to call the cops. Called to dispute, but they said there was nothing they could do. I should have trusted my gut on this one.
