Ketchum Pest Control

This company is AMAZING. 1) I was contacted no later than 5 minutes after I requested a call from this company. They were courteous, knowledgable, and were able to schedule me in within the week. 2) On the original date they were going to come, they called a few hours before noting the weather - it was supposed to rain, so they didn't want me to pay, the rain wash away the product, and it be for nothing, which I was VERY appreciative of - so we rescheduled for a couple days later. 3) Aaron and Rich showed up within the hour they were estimated to come, and they were extremely thorough. They answered all of my questions, sprayed the entire property, made sure every crevice was sprayed down, and even sprayed a little outside of the fence line for good measure (for context - the house is surrounded by woods, so colony bugs could be coming from anywhere). They sprayed the basement at no extra cost and repeatedly mentioned if we saw any colony bug show up within the week, or even next month, to give them a call to come back and re-spray. Aaron and Rich were great! Ketchum is the company to hire, and if I ever have a pest issue again, I'll definitely be calling them.

2 person crew. On time. Professional. Sprayed the whole house exterior, including second level. One year guarantee if another bee issue. Bees were gone in 24 hours. Very pleased with the work performed and the price was right.

It was good. For pest control, I did Ketchum. It was excellent. They did what they needed to have done that I was afraid to do myself. I'm afraid to go spraying the yellow jackets. They're not real close to where I live. My friend said she thought that was high-priced because she had ants service done for $125. I'm thinking ants and yellow jackets, we're dealing with two different kinds. I didn't find it on Angie's Lit so I had to pay what their service was.
