Kettering Construction

I wanted a security screen door installed and Kettering was recommended. I spoke to Ryan, who sounded very professional, and he gave me a quote over the phone. I booked the installation for his next available opening and purchased the door, handles and extension. The day of the scheduled install was a Thursday, and Ryan texted me a couple of minutes before he was due to arrive, saying he had a job site emergency and had to reschedule, suggesting the following day. I was disappointed, especially having taken the morning off work, but again rearranged my schedule. That evening, I texted Ryan, asking for confirmation of 10 am the next morning, Friday. Ryan replied the next morning that yes, he would be here at 10 am. It is now 12:00pm and I have not seen him or heard from him. This is really too bad because based on the quality of his installation, I had several upcoming jobs for Kettering, including a kitchen remodel, but this kind of unreliability says a lot - and none of it is good.

Outstanding work, job was done on a timely manner. He knew exactly what I wanted, l am planning on hiring Ryan for future projects.

Clean, professional, did an excellent job installing our patio slider! Completed in one day, hauled away old materials, thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards!

Did a great job. He also made sure to communicate thruought he project. He was here when he said he would be and called me when he said he would.

Ryan was polite, on time and did excellent work...even pieced in the trim so it looks terrific. Couldn't have asked for a better person. Will keep him for any further work.

He does very nice and clean work.

Keep doing a good job!

It was a pleasure working with him, I'm looking forward to using him again.

Real professional, on time and did everything he said he was going to do.

The quality of work is good, I've had some sloppy people in the past that I haven't been happy with. This company, I was satisfied with.
