Central A/C - Service or Repair
Patrick started servicing our Furnace and Central Air conditioning systems a few years ago. He is so efficient, pleasant, and easy to work with that we specifically asked for him now twice a year for our annual Heating system check and also annually for our Air-conditioning system check. This trip he also had a trainee with him, and did a great job of allowing the trainee to do the work, but carefully supervising at the same time. Highly recommend!

Patrick and Eric were very professional and respectful. They placed boot covers over their shoes without being asked. They did our tune up efficiently and were understanding that I watched their work because of past experiences. I wanted to stop using Kettle Moraine for our HVAC needs because of the incident with their plumbing division. Kettle Moraine's HVAC division has restored my confidence in the quality of service they provide. I hope management treats them well!

Their entire team from scheduling to service technicians have always been prompt with communications and highly professional. Special shout out to technicians Patrick and Eric for their great service! They explain what they’re doing, check the systems thoroughly and even indulge our senior dog with pats.
