Our mission is to provide our customers with peace of mind and 5-star service. We love working with Kettle Moraine. Our service tech Patrick is awesome! He came out for the general A/C maintenance and found that the pressure was low, so probably had small leak. The unit is 17 yrs old and told us it was up to us but we need to get a new A/C in the future. It could go out and be costly to repair. We did decide to get a new one. Thank you Patrick for the great service.

Elian from Kettle Moraine Heating & AC came earlier than expected. He was courteous, and carefully cleaned the interior AC unit as well as the outdoor unit! He wore his blue slippers to prevent outdoors shoes from dirtying my carpets. He respectfully answered all my questions. I plan to request him for my fall Furnace cleanup!

The technitian came, quickly assesed the issue. He was extremely helpful and only repaired the part that needed service. Offered tips and tricks to keep our unit working for as long as possible.
