<p>For $99, I got what I paid for. Both people were extremely nice, very personable and easy to talk with. I was surprised that the counter did not look much different after they left than before they came. I think my expectations were a bit high; as I expected gleaming counters with a shine that would last. That was not the case. I believe if I had done my research in the beginning I would have known that that the work they did was not going to get me the results I was looking for. That said, it's not something I would do again.</p> <br />

Power washing service: After the first visit, i was unsure of the quality of the job as it seemed that portions of the house were still as dirty as they were before the power washing. Kevin, the owner, followed up with me right away and came back out free of charge. He worked on the issue personally and tried everything he could to remove some of the staining. Unfortunately it seems that it is just beyond repair. These guys are very responsive and will make sure they go the extra mile to give you the best job possible. Thanks!

<blockquote> Pretty poorly. I made it clear -- very clear -- when we contracted for the job that they would need to be out of the house by 6pm. We advised that they could arrive to do the work anytime after 6:30am. On night number one, I came home at six to find Kevin still in my shower stall with hoses and equipment across my master bedroom and bath. I advised he needed to be out of the house by 6:30 pm and no later. After he finally packed up and left at 6:45pm, I discovered that he had dumped a large amount of water (several gallons) on my master bedroom carpet and said nothing/nor attempted to clean up the water that was soaking the carpet. It took nearly a week to dry out. <br /> Kevin's explanation for not being finished in one day as promised is that he picked up the wrong color of grout and had to exchange it. <br /> The quality of the job, when finished, looked (and continues to look) like something a young teenager with no experience would provide. We bought a voucher for 200 square feed of tile and grout cleaning for $99 on amazon local. This was on top of the $900 charged (my spouse was so upset with the quality of the work, he insisted Kevin give us a reduced price. The original estimate was $1000). Imagine my surprise, when in July, I was notified by Amazon that the voucher had not been used. Even though we gave Kevin the voucher, he did not reduced his estimate by the $300 dollar value associated with the voucher. When I called Kevin, requesting a $300 refund to reflect the voucher, he told me to get a refund from Amazon for the $99. <br /> Amazon did give me my $99 refund for the voucher, but I'm out $900 and my shower requires tile and grout cleaning. <br /> </blockquote>

"First of all, I was hired by the husband and, not her. He never advised me that I had to be out before she came home. Upon her arrival, she came upstairs, cussed at me and stated that, if I wasn't out of her house in 15 minutes, she would throw me and my equipment out of her house. I advised her that I wasn't finished yet. She stated I had 30 minutes to finish and get the hell out of her house. I finished as quickly as I could, gathered my equipment and left. The only water that ended up on her carpet was maybe a cup or two that ran out of the end of a small hose. I soaked it up with a towel. I advised her that I couldn't promise the results of the final areas, due to having to rush and, if there were any problems, to call me and I would take care of it. She stated that I would never enter her house again since I was still there and keeping her from sleeping. She had a glass of wine in her hand and a half an open bottle next to her."

Kevin has obviously NEVER set tile or grout. He showed up and did not have a wet saw. Instead he tried to cut the travertine bullnose with a oscillating saw. He ruined every piece he tried to cut. He tried to install the bullnose with double sided tape instead of setting in mortar or mastic so it just fell off after one day. He tried to regrout the grout lines but obviously he has never done it before. The job is so bad that now all grout lines must be removed and regrouted. Worst of all he slopped grout all over the harwood floors and now they are ruined. This guy only has minimal skills for cleaning. Do not use him for skilled work.

"Unfortunately, any staining below the smooth surface of the counter top, cannot be removed. It was only able to get there because, there was an unsealed area that, whatever caused the stain was able to get through. I wish there was a way to penetrate the surface to remove stains."
