I've hired Kevin several times and he's the best! He's on time, respectful, and does a great job. I absolutely will use him again!

Kevin did an excellent job on a variety of projects including hanging a very heavy piece of art, installing a handrail and patching some plaster. He worked quickly, completed all work in a professional manor and performed a thorough clean-up when he was done.

Not only did Kevin and his team do a great job, they gave me invaluable advice on how to move ahead with other projects that had stalled. I really valued their advice and good judgment. I hope to work with them in the years ahead. The work was first rate and the "common sense" was really appreciated. Top recommendation (and then some!!).

Kevin responded to my message on Angie's list promptly. Kevin arrived on time on the date scheduled. Kevin and his helper leveled the washing machine and he repaired the basement step and he replaced some missing baseboard under the kitchen cabinets and he replaced light bulbs in outdoor fixtures at the front and back doors and he replaced the grout in the shower and he tightened the toilet seat and in the middle of it all he made a trip to Home Depot to get a new fixture for our outdoor motion lights which he then installed. All I can say is WOW!! Kevin did all the jobs we can't do anymore and he did them well. If you need anything done around the house please don't hesitate to call Kevin because he really can do the job.

It went very well. Kevin and his associate arrived on time and completed all projects in a very professional manner.

The basement bedroom was completed in about 4 days. Kevin purchased the materials needed and added them to the invoice. The list of to-do items was completed in about 1.5 days. Charged per day flat rate ($600), not per task, which worked out great for us because we kept discovering things to add to the list as tasks were completed.

He was very professional and punctual! Everything was completed in a timely manner. Not to mention it looked great when the projects were completed!!!! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!!!

We are extremely satisfied with the work that was completed. Both Kevin and Howard did a great job in all the work completed. Kevin kept us up to date through emails and phone calls as to schedule of work.

I called several "handy men" they did not seem interested in my small project.  I bought a coded keyless door knob for a bedroom for my daughter that we turned into a batman room - so it is like what batman would use push button doorknob.  Enter a code and wah lah.  The problem is my house is 110 years old.  Kevin had to level and cut part of my door to make the door knob fit - it became more than either of us anticipated.  He never complained - he just kept working. He put a lot of time and energy into my project and he did not charge me more than he had quoted.  I was very happy with Kevin and hopefully he will work for me again. <br />

He arrived on time with his son and his work was very professional. He also cleaned up the area after he was finished. No issues with his work. I highly recommend him and will use him again. <br />

He took the fireplace apart looking for the cause of the leak.  After many attempts he found a part that was left in the fireplace 18 years ago.  Removing this piece fixed the problem.  He also cleaned the inside of the fireplace.  It looks brand new!   He did a great job.  They were behind in their schedules so it took a few months for him to finally come out but he did such a good job I would hire him again. <br />

Terrible. Unable to fix shower faucet properly the first time. I came home after he had left and it was dripping constantly. Called him back. He returned next day and said he would need to order a part. I was hesitant but he insisted. Week later returned and installed the part. Damaged the actual handle while doing it and now it consistently leaks and drips. I called him back and he informed he was going away for a 'few days' that was 4 weeks ago. He initially charged me $300 for less than 2 hours of work and another $52 for a part in the faucet. I never saw a receipt for the part. I now have a consistently dripping faucet that barely dripped before. Currently have to turn my water off when I leave my home.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $249 for 8 hours of work (what a steal!)  I needed a bunch of little things to be done and this was perfect. <br /> Kevin was prompt and professional and did an outstanding job.  He is clearly skilled in many areas.  He brainstormed with my father and I on how to install a large flat screen TV on a wall with only a couple of studs, then successfully installed it.  He hung a bunch of small shelves and hooks throughout the house, attached safety straps to furniture, fixed a cabinet door so it closed properly.  He went to Home Depot for a bunch of supplies to complete the jobs.  I think he may have done a couple more things that I can't recall, but he worked throughout the 8hrs and made sure that he did everything he possibly could during that time. <br /> Would definitely call in the future. <br />

Initially contacted Kevin to replace rotted wood below front doors, to reinstall window screens that we were having trouble getting back in & to fix a closet door that had come off.  <br /> Upon removable of rotted wood, he showed me how water had seeped up into door frame, plus only way to replace wood correctly under door jam was to remove frame/doors.  Decided to purchase new frame, (which meant buying new doors as not sold separately).   Kevin put new wood around what he had pulled off until new frames/doors arrived so it looked better and kept my puppy from digging at it.  Kevin was able to come back within a few days of me calling to tell him the new frame/doors were in. <br /> Appreaciated that Kevin called the night before to confirm he was coming.  He arrived on time, was very meticulous in his work and cleaned everything up well.  We are still waiting on some trim pieces that he ordered that were not yet in.  He is to come back to install them as soon as he receives them. <br /> I'm very happy with the work Kevin and his 2 helpers did and with the new doors.  Very happy that the rotted wood was replaced with a material that will not be effected by the weather.  This was the 3rd time replacing it and I feel that this time it was done correctly.  Caulking job was very neat and clean as well. <br /> I would highly recommend Kevin and will call him again in the future when needed. <br /> <br />

Kevin purchased online the new fixtures for the bathroom.  Some of the products never did get delivered. The delivery company lost some of the order. What was delivered needed returned and repurchased. Kevin came and picked up the items and returned them. He then purchased them again and  brought the fixtures himself.  Kevin, came at time promised, cleaned up as he went along. Kevin even had to go and get other parts in order to complete the job. He hauled away all the packing materials and old fixtures.Everything looks great. I am so happy with the new fixtures, and how great a job Kevin did, all with understanding and a smile on his face. He goes above and beyond without hesitation. He has never disappointed me. I will continue to use Kevin in the future.  <br />

I am happy to strongly endorse Kevin ?Honey Do? Margo. I signed up for a day?s worth of Kevin?s time through Angie?s List to address a number of nagging repair issues that had accumulated in my old (100+ years) house including door knob replacement, bathroom tile fixes, window replacement and some other minor repairs. It was a laundry list of repairs and I asked Kevin to just move down the list and address what he could. Kevin showed up promptly at the appointed time and went to work. I was extremely pleased with the progress and especially the quality of his work. So much so, that I asked Kevin to come back the next month to install a new hardwood floor on the first floor of our house. Kevin advised us on the job before we selected the flooring which we appreciated. Because our house is so old (e.g., sloping floor, ) a lot of adjustments needed to be made which Kevin handled with his knowledge and skill. The floor turned out beautiful and we couldn?t be happier with it two months later. I will most definately go to Kevin whenever I have a house repair project in the future. <br />

He is very meticulous and very good. Both jobs were awesome. The price on that first time was a little higher, but he did a great job. It was $600. The second time was about $250.
