several appointments made. Never showed up. Never returned money that was paid for his service. Would NEVER recommend.

Horrible, do not use. His communication was bad. He gave me a hard time about doing the jobs listed on the flyer. He didn't even clean under my beds. His assistance took a shirt from my dirty laundry and laid down my perfume bottles on it. The oil got all over my shirt that I had to clean STAT. He was angry and resentful verbally about having to travel to my house and the amount he was paid.

He was very good. The price was very good. He answered right away. Punctuality was very good. They were very good, and professional. I did tell him that I was thinking about having him regular. I called him to let him know. I did make an appointment to have him back, and I had to cancel the return appointment, like if he was to come every month, or every other month. I am getting homemaker services from the city, because I have my grand kids. They provide me with a little services. No since of having two services. We did have a July appointment, but I canceled that, because I am getting services for the kids; like cleaning up the kitchen and things like that. I canceled that out.

He postponed the appointment for one day as he was to come with another worker who turned out to be unavailable. He did a nice job with oven but was very surprised that I asked him to clean stove top grills. He said he never does that as "I can do it myself". I felt I needed to micro-manage the job. I supplied everything but I think he was very chintzy with the use of both Pledge and Murphy Oil soap. I'm used to having the wood furniture/floor polished where I can actually smell the "lemon oil" fragrance. Cleaning was very superficial. He moved little even though I spent a lot of time beforehand leaving as many surfaces free. For example, he didn't move my computer keyboard or monitor to clean, nor dust the TV monitor. I consider this basic. I had to ask him to clean the sink and bathtub and re-do the kitchen floor.

Kevin and his team were fantastic! Very hardworking and meticulous. I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all housecleaning needs.

I had some very heavy cleaning to get done, so I purchased a deal from Kevin's Detail Cleaning Service. Once we set a time, Kent showed up promptly. I really appreciated the quality of the work, and Kent's commitment to making sure I was happy with the service. I will hire Kevin's Detail Cleaning Service again.

I used a coupon from Angie's List for this cleaning service. It went very well and I would definitely use them again. Kent came to the house with one other person and they finished in 3 hours. They arrived on time and Kent was organized and ready to begin immediately. The house was clean and orderly when they left.

I had paid originally for 6 hours for 2. He said he would come with 3 people for 4 hours. He then came with only 2 people but only stayed for 3 hours! The work was not completed and he had agreed to give me a refund for the 3 hours of labor I had paid for and not received. This was nearly a month ago and I have not received anything. I don't feel I can recommend him if he doesn't fulfill his responsibilities.

Kent is really good. Does wonderful job and listens to what you need done. However his crew is not as good. I would recommend just hiring him alone. He truly is amazing and hard working.

It worked out okay. I bought the deal because I thought it was a decent price. I emailed him what I wanted him to do and mainly my floors. I can't get to my floors anymore. I am in my 80's. He came with a helper and I knew that would be double man hours. She was very good also. I had my cleaning supplies and he had his. It said in the ad that I should have my stuff and I encouraged him to use my stuff because I had already bought it. I had it sent from another company. He is a very nice man, very respectful, and she is his helper. They are also very decent human beings. <br />   Not that we have a language barrier, but you know these cleaners are like hair dressers. They know what is best for you. I know what is best for me! There were on the minute. He is going to be a good business man. I would defiantly use them again.

I felt that the cleaning itself was good and thorough, but I thought that more could be done in the 3 hours that I initially hired him for. He spent almost 2 hours on one bathroom. He stayed an extra half hour to do windows in just one room, and I paid extra for that. Again, he cleaned everything nicely and was professional, but I really think that more could be done in that amount of time and for the price. I have had other cleaners work a lot faster.

My overall experience with this company was great. He was able to complete the job without much of any assistance from me, which is great considering I have two toddlers. He was very flexible and was able to accommodate all of my concerns.
