Kevins Fence Inc

Had to choose 1 star because that's the lowest being offered. We made the mistake of contracting with Kevin's Fencing and Landscaping to have a fence installed in October, 2020. We paid the required 50% deposit up front. They promised 7 different times to put the fence up and 7 different times they had excuses as to why they didn’t show. Communication with Kevin’s Fence wasn’t good, so my wife and I ended up waiting for hours for them to show. They never even requested a building permit so they couldn’t have legally put up a fence anyway. After the 7th time (yes I’m a slow learner), I demanded that they return our deposit. Of course, they had no intention of doing that. So we were forced to hire an attorney and take them to court. On 6/19/21, we received a judgement against them for an amount that is more than double what they took from us. And, predictably, they didn’t show up to court either. Anyway – word to the wise – give Seminole Fence a call instead. They were cheaper than Kevin’s Fence, showed up when they said they would, and installed a great fence.

Terrible. They took my deposit but never showed up to do the work. They would promise that they were coming but then wouldn't show. Most of the time they wouldn't even let me know that they couldn't come. Excuse after excuse.... to say I am disappointed with this company is an understatement.

They were very fast and reliable. They got the job done in just one day, they answered all my questions and they let know that I have a lifetime warranty with the fence.

Poorly. Shoddy workmanship and unprofessional attitudes by the owner and his spawn. Don't expect any plants to be alive within 5 feet of the fence. You will also have a 5 inch gap under your gate as well as a warped gate within a week. You are much better off going to Home Depot and hiring day laborers. They will do a better job and be more respectful besides being MUCH cheaper.

They were very good. They put up a very nice fence. It looks good, it's straight, it's level, and it's what I want. There were 3 on the crew that installed the fence. They were great.

I had used them to replace my fence around 13 years ago and they did a great job.  So when I needed the fence fixed and added on to as well as adding gates that would allow cars to come in, I called them and did not look for any other estimate.They showed up without calling me to let me know the day or time.  There were problems with a gate not closing properly, so I called them; four times.  They finally came out and fixed it, however did not install the piece of pvc that was to have gone in the ground to hold the bottom bolt on the gate. <br /> A  couple of weeks ago I called them because two of the gates were not closing properly.  We had had some heavy rains and perhaps that caused the posts to move slightly. Still no response and I have just about given up on them.
