It went well. He helped me get the vanity into the house from my car and then removed the old one and replace it with my new one. He did a great job. It was 'pricey' for me, but then I have not ever had to pay a plumber in the past - because friends and family did jobs for me before. The installation of the new vanity cost more than I paid for the vanity top at home depot. But I could not have done it. AND, he showed me the stopped up drain, with about five years of hair! I could not believe it! Now, it works great!

Hired to clean drain line/Sewer Rodding between house and sewer in the street. Made a half-hearted attempt and then claimed I needed to get it replaced!

Kevin happened to be in the area finishing up on another job and was able to come to the house in about an hour after placing the call. He replaced the Fawcett and hose with a new one that I had purchased. He was very friendly and cleaned up afterward.

I purchased and angie's list deal for $99 for a service call and 1 hour labor. Provider arrived on time. I had him take a look at the dishwasher which was accumulating water at the bottom. It ended up being a problem with a dishwasher part and not the garbage disposal, as they do not do dishwasher repairs he was not able to fix it but did provide me with recommendations to fix the problem. I also had a clogged toilet which he unplugged and has been working great since! <br />

<p>The toilet install went fine, nice toilet. However, Kevin was over to my condo 2 weeks prior to the toilet install so I could show him what I wanted done. I wanted him to move a gas line for my kitchen stove-he was down in the basement looked around at the lines and didn't seem to have a problem with it. Also wanted him to install new faucets in my bathtub, didn't seem to have a problem with that either, never looked at the access panel when he was there. Two weeks later, the toilet is installed and I come home to a bill for services with a note stating that he needed to look at the specs for the gas line (my condo has the gas lines for the other 5-6 condos running through my basement) I told him this at the first visit. Never said a word about that on his first visit. Faucets were not installed-according to his partner who I called- the shower wall was unstable and ready to crumble. HE NEVER EVEN CHECKED THE ACCESS PANEL when he came over the first time. Yes there was some water damage that was old, water is not leaking and the shower wall is stable, I had it checked out. Really disappointed with his lack of professionalism, he did not have the courtesy to call me regarding his concerns, just left it written on his bill. I had to call him to find out what was going on and didn't even speak to him, spoke to his partner who wasn't even at my condo. Shame on him. I had used Kevin's services last year at another property and he did a great job, was responsive when there was a small problem with a leak in the bathroom vanity. Not this time, will now use his service again.</p> <p><br /></p>

Went surprisingly easy. It was a very old galvanized valve but came off okay after different people said don't touch it because they were afraid the whole line would collapse. It didn't and the threads off the pipe were very clean. Everything went smoothly. Kevin is a master plumber and knows what he's doing, especially on old houses like mine. He previously put all new pex water lines in my basement and my water pressure is much better now. <br />
