Kevin's Restoration

First off they didn't show up until after 10 and started packing up at 2-2:30 in the afternoon. He would not show up a week at a time without any forewarning or explanation. He just wouldn't answer his phone. He gave me all the receipts and the bill and insisted that I make the last payment or he would walk off the job, which ended up happening anyway. I went through the receipts and found that he charged $900 worth of tools and ect. to me. This included a $238 ladder, 3 $20 T-shirts, an $80 wet/dry shop vac, a $174 shelving unit, plus misc. tools that I was charged for but he kept. When I brought it to his attention, he said it was just his way of doing business. He charged me for 2 receipts totaling $1245 that were for another job, Plus for a $1200 receipt that wasn't even there, he just added it in to the total. All in all I overpaid him $2445 plus the $900 misc. tools and things. My shower is still not finished, pond not painted, outside pillars not painted, closet doors not hung, bathrooms and hall not textured and painted, trim in the LR and kitchen not finished. There is not one single room in my house that is finished. His work is okay but how could you trust him?

He is awesome. I'm gonna use him more times in the future. He is very professional. He'll make you laugh because is funny. He gets the job done. It was fabulous. He did a good job.

This gentleman was extremely professional and has completed several projects for my wife and I.He always finished on time and within the original estimated time frame. He has restored my faith in handymen
