Key Irrigation

Mike Key came to my house approximately 4 times over a 4 week period. He asked for an advance of $200 to purchase parts which I gave him in cash. He returned two days later and worked on installing new materials and trouble shooting leaks. When he finished work on that day, he wanted $1,280 to be sent by Zelle to his wife's bank account and he wanted $300 in cash for additional parts. He said he still needed to do "a couple more hours of work " but he had other customers and would not be back for about 10 days. He returned and told me on Oct 16th to send $500 to his wife's account by Zelle and I did. About a week later he went to my son who lives at the house (without my knowledge) and told him he wanted a check for $700 and that would be all he would charge and he still needed to come back and finish. About a week after this happened, I found out about the check he got and I called him to find out what this was about and he said I did not send $500 to his wife. I showed him the proof that I did and she confirmed that I did. He said he forgot that he already got paid for the $500. So he did not finish the job and he overcharged me $500 and he has not agreed to give me back the $500 he overcharged. I could not get a response from him until I contacted his wife and she contacted him. He has not agreed to pay me what he owes me and has not finished the work.

Mike was extremely thorough and checked the entire system out. He is very knowledgeable. He has done work for me before and as usual, always goes above and beyond. Thanks, Mike, for a great job!
