Keyman was great during our bathroom remodel project. They were extremely helpful in educating us through all of the steps of the remodel and helped us in picking out the right quantities and types of materials. The team was open with communication and arrived on time when scheduled. The team was great in minimizing the impact to our house during the whole process. There was one incident where a part in our tub faucet failed and caused a leak, but Keyman located the issue, fixed it and fixed all of the damage the leak caused. My wife and I had a vision for our new bathroom and Keyman made it a reality. We will definitely use them again for any projects we may have.

Everything went better than expected and was very pleased with the outcome. Wayne suggested an awesome design idea for our front deck replacement and landscaping. His plan came out better than our ideas. I would highly recommend.

Keyman Construction did a great job with our remodel. I’ve done three projects with them and they were always quick with responding. When I first started with them, I was very impressed that they showed when they told us they were coming. I’ve had other people tell me they were coming in the past and never show. The work is incredible! They are perfectionists and clean up after themselves daily. Thank you Keyman and I look forward to doing more projects with you in the future!

Wayne was great to work with! We actually had to postpone our deck project because the materials we chose were delayed due to all the shipping issues during the pandemic so we had to wait until the following spring and Wayne still honored his price from the previous year! He promised we would be his first project as soon as the weather broke and he came through. We had our beautiful deck by Memorial Day and we couldn’t be happier! He was great to work with and I referred him to a close friend for their decking/patio needs and they were very satisfied as well. Wayne pays attention to detail and is great with communicating throughout the project. Highly recommend!

We hired Wayne to modify our 5500sqft office space so that we could have a dedicated lunch room and meeting space. Also hired him to create a storage system for our stock. Everything was done professionally, and would 100% hire again!

Keyman construction absolutely nailed this project! We provided Wayne and his team with a loose sketch of what we wanted and a couple example photographs. They took that and turned it into a legitimate design. They worked quickly, tearing down the old structure. Did a great job reinforcing the existing deck framework and then refinished the deck to match the custom design. The final result was outstanding and exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier. In addition Wayne and his team were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Keyman Construction has done a few remodels for us. Our relationship with them has been beyond our expectations. The first project was over 5 years ago and has not needed anything more than fixing a couple dings. They stand by their word and worked very diligently to get the project finished in a timely manner. I wouldn’t hire anyone else!!!!

I live in the Buffalo area and was in Syracuse for 8 days to prepare my single family rental home for sale. After having a pre-sale home inspection done, I needed several repairs done before listing the home with the realtor. The home inspector referred me to Wayne Cummings of Keyman Construction. After his tour of property, reviewing my wish list & knowing my time constraints, he re-arranged his schedule & arrived 2 days later to begin work. He completed various jobs with included electrical, plumbing, painting, roof repair and general maintenance. His service was excellent, price was reasonable & the work was done in a timely manner. Wish I had known of him during the 8 years I have owned this home. I would highly recommend him to others in the Syracuse area. <br />
