very well, PHI is a contractor (sub contractor) I feel Dennis used top quality contractors, he was here at least daily overseeing the work, he kept the schedule he had promised. The tile man was awesome. A QUOTE from my wife "It's the prettiest room in the house". The PHI staff was very professional, polite, but most of all considerate. They cleaned, put down material to walk on thru my house, and respected my home. I actually plan to use them again for my second bathroom remodel next year. A JOB WELL DONE

Terribly. They painter who is also the owner was late, did not complete the job, and skipped out on the follow up to complete the job TWICE. The painting that he did was done pretty well, but like I said, he did not complete the job. He also left his tools because he was supposed to return to finish the job but he never did. He quoted one thing after coming to our home to see what we needed done, then changed it once he started on the project because he claimed it turned out differently than he expected. He splashed paint on our bathroom tile and did not clean it. It was just not a very good experience at all.

Ken and his team were great to work with for our home painting project. We were buying a new home and the closing date was delayed, Ken was flexible and accommodating on rescheduling and truly appreciated it. After we had to delay the service Ken followed up to ask when we could reschedule, I appreciated the proactive approach. Once they arrived my fiance and I felt Ken's team did a very quality job. They fixes some errors from the previous owner and worked as quickly as possible. Overall I would be happy to use PH Improvement for another project.

The job went very well. The painter called ahead to confirm the time and let us know when he expect to arrive. He arrived in the service window. He was very careful with cleanliness (taking off shoes or wearing shoes covers), and he was very friendly and professional. He was very attentive to questions from both me and my wife. The work was very well done within the estimated timeline.

He was great! We painted the room pink ( one wall )and brown. <br />During the time I was there, because I was pregnant and could not see my feet, I walked into the room where he was painting and knocked over the paint can. I was very upset, but he did a great job in letting me know that everything would be fine. He did I all he could to get the paint up. To no avail, he assured us in finding a carpet guy to repair the carpet just in time for the baby to come. <br />Great Guy!! Does a great job!! Would use him again.

<p><br /></p> <p>It went well. as stated above.</p> <p>I requested that the job be complete by 7/30.</p> <p>An estimate started the process, followed by an email contract.</p> <p>The contract listed all of the painting areas and gave a overall total for labor, </p> <p>He called before coming.</p> <p>He made a trip to purchase material and called to order more</p> <p>The invoice was sent prior to the start of the job.</p> <p>They took pride in keeping their area tidy as they worked.</p> <p>I was consulted about any changes as they occurred during the work.</p> <p><br /></p>

They could have finish getting rid of all the material, there were tin cans left in our trash cans and you can't throw away paint cans.

PH Improvement came into our house and did a outstanding painting and special effects detailing in my daughter's bedroom, she just love the color variations that PH Improvement suggested. While they were here painting I had the pressure wash the entire exterior of our home. They were very professional and courteous from beginning to end, We have referred them to several of our friend and clients.

Home Improvement was very professional and punctual. <br />They made my home look like new. I am very well pleased with there work. Have already recommend them to my friends and family. Ken is a very nice guy, however there are some issues. There are spots of paint on the floor and microwave. I was able to remove the spots from the floor but can't remove them from the microwave. There are bubbles on the wall. Ken, the painter said the bubbles would go away. They are still here. We had an area taped off by the refrigerator that was supposed to be painted, that didn't get painted
