He scheduled for 8am. I had to call Joel at 10am when he didn't show. He said he would be out in one hour. (11am) Joel did not show up until 1pm. His excuse was that his worker had an emergency the night before, but he did not bring a worker.  <br /> He tried to take the window out in our basement and the entire glass broke. Joel walked up stairs with a broken window in his hand and glass came out all over our living and dinning room. I had to tell him to go outside. He blamed it on us saying the glass was too old. Our house is only 13 yrs old. The window slides open so there was no reason to remove it although it does remove with no problem. Joel didn't ask to remove our window. I had no idea he was blowing dirt out our window.  <br /> Later Joel went to Home Depot right up the street to get glass. Almost 3 hours later he returned saying he had a headache. Joel <strong><em>did not get glass</em> </strong>he  <em>replaced the <strong>glass with plastic</strong></em> and <em><strong>duct tape </strong></em>and never said anything. I did not discover this until I asked for the receipt when he left that night.  Again he did not even ask if it was okay to do this.  <br /> I asked for the duct work to be disinfected to clean the mold.   He told me to go outside because it would be too strong coming out the vents but I didn't go outside. I never smelled the disinfectant which I should have. Now when I turn the air on the only thing I smell is mold. Joel did not want to use it even though he showed me a picture of the duct work with mold. He never used it, but charged me for it.  <br /> He advertises on Angies list $480- for cleaning the duct work and he charged us $500- minus $25- for being late. He only would accept cash or a check and would not take Pay Pal.  <br /> Joel never cleaned up the glass in our basement. When I gave him a broom he cleaned up half of it. Glass is still there. He also turned our air conditioner off from the basement when he left our house.  <br /> The next day when he was asked to replace the glass he got nasty and said <em>NO</em>. He was asked to pay for it. He said <em>NO</em>. Joel then began to curse and the conversation ended badly. It is going to cost me to replace the window along with the labor. <br /> He did not leave my home until after midnight. Joel didn't apologize for being at my home so late. When I asked how long his work was guaranteed for he said 24 hours!  <br /> Others that recommend this company said he put everything back. He didn't even know anything went and he told me he couldn't remember.  <br /> I would never recommend this company. This is the 1st time I used Angie's list to hire a contractor and this has left a very bad impression.  <br /> <br /> <br />

They did a good job! They were courteous and did their job.

It went pretty well.  I wasn't at home but my husband says they're pretty thorough. 

They were great and helpful. Very prompt and they cleaned up after themselves.

Keystone did an excellent service cleaning our heating/air conditioning ducts. Very professional and polite. Involved me in looking at what they were doing and their findings. In fact, we had the same ducts cleaned by another company in the past and found they missed several locations and we found  items such as a fork, baby powder container and several small toys still in the ducts. <br />

They were here for 2 days, working tirelessly on my 6000 sq foot house. Excellent job, I would highly recommend. <br />

<strong><em> I called about 1 pm and he was here, at work, by 5pm!  I have used his services before and I knew he would do an excellent job on a complicated task, but I did not expect immediate service!<br /> He blew out and vacuumed the duct.  He cleaned up all the lint and mess.  Once again, he was extremely pleasant and competently professional.  He tested the dryer and unfortunately, the thermostat apparently had been ruined by a high interior heat.  I will have to call Mr. Tim,  excellent appliance repairman.<br /> Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.<br /> He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.<br />  I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.<br /> </em></strong> <br />

Joel arrived at 8 am and worked straight through until 5:30 pm.  Our ducts were filthy and portions clogged with dirt, debris, and insulation.  He is methodical and meticulous.  He attached his vacuum device to the large duct closest to the furnace, carefully removed all of the vent covers throughout the house, sealed the openings, and then systematically worked his way from the top of the house to the bottom.  He left the inside of our house as clean as he found it.  He is articulate and knowledgeable, and the consummate professional. <br /> The other reviewers on Angie's list were spot on.  Thank you all. <br />

Everything went as expected and service was great!   <br /> We moved into an old townhouse a year ago and had been wanting to have the air ducts cleaned.  However, due to other urgent projects we had to postpone it until March 8 this year.  I'd been looking forward to having Joel and his team come and do the job because of all the good reviews and they sure did not disappoint!  I have to say they are by far the best contractor we've had since we moved into this place (and we've had quite a number of contractors!).   <br /> First of all, Joel is the nicest person I've ever met.  He is just such a warm person, responsive, attentive, polite and explains everything to you.  <br /> Second, he is the most hard-working person and just has a passion in what he is doing.  They came to the house around 7am and worked until 4pm non-stop.  Most service providers only spend a couple of hours on a project like this but they spent almost the whole day.  They definitely do not cut corners and did a really thorough job at cleaning all the ducts.  At the end of the day, I felt I could breathe again.  The whole house felt thoroughly cleansed.  Joel showed us the video of the vacccuming and we could not believe how much dust had accumulated!   <br /> We would definitely use them again! <br />

I have not been so impressed with a service provider in a long time.  Joel was really amazing.  He squeezed us into his busy schedule and went out of his way to come by very early which was perfect for us.  He did a thorough examination of the dryer, the duct works and wouldn't leave until he knew that everything was safe for us. <br /> I can't recommend him enough!!! We will use him again and are going to schedule him for annual maintenance visits from now on so that we can avoid problems in the future!  I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism! <br />

Amazing service, price, professionalism and competence! I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a locally owned company with integrity and great service. At first, I was skeptical about getting our vents cleaned out and was afraid it was a scam. I called around, read reviews on Angies List and saw that this company was rated the highest. I called Joel, the owner of the company, and was quickly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He answered all my questions-even the tough one's directly assessing if it was really worth it-and provided a very affordable quote right over the phone. He was flexible in scheduling, arrived on time and was consistently responsive to all calls. Joel and Terrance showed up at 7:00 am and worked until almost 8:00 pm-almost 13 hours straight! Despite the job taking double the expected time, Joel did not raise the price and maintained the initial quote. The reason it took so long was because our vents were a MESS and Joel wanted to make sure they did an excellent job, which they did. We've flooded in the past and our vents were covered with a thick, sticky layer of mud-like stuff (how did I not know this before!?!). Joel invited me to see the vents before and then again after so I witnessed first hand how much hard work they had to do. Before he started he asked all the right questions, explained the process and showed me what they did throughout the day. As a homeowner, I don't think I've ever had a more enjoyable and positive experience in terms of home maintenance than with this company. Joel owns the company, has so much pride in his work, and is genuinely concerned about doing an excellent job. He and Terrance displayed an admirable work ethic that is less common to see today. Furthermore, they were just great guys with wonderful interpersonal skills. My husband and I liked them so much we actually invited them to share dinner with us-which was fantastic. After 13 hours of work, Joel even offered to not charge us for an add on service they provided! I happily paid him anyway (their services were worth more than what they charged), but that was just another example of the wonderful honesty, integrity and professionalism that characterizes this company. Overall, I offer my unwavering support of this company. You will not be disappointed! <br />

I’m very happy with them. They are very good. They keep you updated. They will let you know what’s in your system. Them keep you on track and will let you know what their next step is and how long it will take. They are professional. I think they do a good job. I think their price is reasonable. They are a little bit late but they will let me know if they are on their way.

Punctual, flexible with scheduling hours, very customer oriented, very polite, efficient, professional. Cleaned up very well after finishing dryer vent cleaning. Could not be happier. Will definitely use again. Highest recommendation. Knowledgable and explained things clearly. <br />

Joel and his assistant Terrence were very efficient and respectful professionals. We were informed about the entire procedure to clean our air ducts before they started and how long it would take. They arrived before our appointment time ready to work. It took them about 5 hours to complete the job and Joel was even kind enough to show some recorded footage of the before and after look in our vents. After completing this job, Joel came back to our house, replaced and re routed our dryer line to help us dry faster and safer. Before he fixed it, our dryer line was clogged, dented and about 25% efficient. Thanks to Joel, our dry time has increased dramatically. We would definitely use them again. It went GREAT!  He was running a little late but his communication was awesome.  He was VERY knowledgeable and actually taught us things to help our system perform more effiecently.  He cleaned up everything!  I've had duct cleaning before but it was almost like a joke.  Joel has a cleaning device he made himself and he even showed us pictures of ducts.  They are now definietly clean.  He did a wonderful thorough job.  He took longer than the estimated time but that is because he is a perfectionist.  I would highly reccomment this company!  (I hope my spelling is okay, no spell check) <br />

We had a dryer repairman look at the dryer because the clothes were not drying properly.  He said the problem was with the vent and not the dryer and that he could not fix the problem.  I got Keystone's name from Angie's list and he promptly returned our call, came out quickly and addressed the problem.  He was very professional.  We would definitely use this company again. <br /> <br />

Joe and another guy came out to our place in Yardley at the scheduled time. He and his team member were extremely professional. Joe answered allt he questions we asked him and also went above and beyond his duty by sealing some portion of the vents which were reducing the effeciency of the air circulation.  They spent 6-8 hours cleaning the entire system. We would definitely use his service again and would recommend him to our friends. Than you! <br />

I had a small lint fire and needed to fix the situation before the next dryer arrived.  I called the company on a Thursday, they said they could come out right away. Awesome. After cleaning out a bunch of lint and water with a shop-vac type of thing, the provider realized that the register was not connected to the outside vent. He came back on a Saturday to make a small hole in the ceiling, and repair the problem. Overall this provider was quick, affordable and a true expert in all things dryer-related.  <br />

Great job!  Joel came out the same day I called, was professional and knew his stuff. <br />
