I have contacted the company and we have agreed on the schedule and pricing. the schedule was supposed to be on Tuesday but nobody was showing up, so I called the company and asked them if someone will come to do the job for me, and Meg apologized and told me that she should have called up the night before, and informed me that they just finishing up with a work that morning and they will come after they finish the work, then I called back, because nobody was calling me up on what time or when are they coming to do the work. there was 3 jobs on schedule that day, So I was feeling bad about them not informing me that they weren't coming, and so I decided to tell Meg, that there's no way that they are going to finish 3 jobs that day, so I told them to just forget about the whole thing and I will just look for another company to do the job.

Their quote for the job was in line with the other two we got. They did a very good job. The crew returned to patch a small area of our lawn where they accidently killed the grass (not by chemicals.)

Meg was right. Eric did a fantastic job. It took over five hours to do everything and Eric went above and beyond in everything he did. It was as if he were doing his own home. We couldn't be happier with the results. The below pictures show the deck after it was powered washed. I am almost finished staining the deck - it looks great for a 30 year old deck (installed in 1987). Thanks Meg and Eric for a job well done!

I had rehired Keystone Mobile Wash in the summer of 2016 to clean and stain my deck because of the outstanding job they had done for me several years ago. The second time they did the job, it was awful. They showed up late to the first appointment for cleaning the deck. When they stained the deck, they did not use the agreed-upon stain and the job was spotchy and have done. I called and complained. They came back (a month later) and restained the deck. Overall, the job took 2 months to complete and was done very unprofessionally. The price I paid (over $800) was not worth it. I will not use them again.

Eric arrived on time and we discussed the project. He took pictures and gave me an initial estimate. The formal estimate arrived by email a day later. We agreed on a price and the job was completed a few days later. I am very happy with the results.

Everything went well at the beginning, that is setting up appointment, getting a well documented estimate, eventually setting up an app't due to weather concerns-you can't stain a deck unless you have dry warm conditions. <br /> The work itself seemed to go well, or so I thought. The deck floor was to be roughed and then 2 coats applied since that area on a deck gets most of the wear and tear.Everything looked good until this March, 2015 when I noticed the deck floor is peeling, and continues to peel in several spots. It is very disappointing since the reason I hired a professional was to avoid these types of issues. <br /> I contacted Keystone and explained the problem. They indicated they would stand by their work and set up an app't for someone to come out and redo the areas that were peeling. This was done and the peeling areas look much better. <br /> However now other areas have started peeling-not as bad as the previous ones but I guess I didn't expect any peeling at least for the first year. <br /> Anyway Keystone seems to be a good company with good customer service but I question if deck staining is one of their strong points. <br /> <br />

We are very pleased with the service we received. When the owner visited to assess our needs, she did a thorough job explaining the entire process to our satisfaction. On the scheduled day the crew arrived on time, worked diligently to completely wash the front porch. When they finished all the grime from years of heavy traffic was gone and the paint work was sparkling almost like new! <br />

Purchased powerwash cleaning service with an Angielist's coupon. <br /> The provider contracted me over the phone and I described what I needed to be cleaned and sent them some images through email. <br /> They showed up on the expected day and powerwashed as expected. <br /> For the price I paid with the coupon, I felt it was well worth it. <br /> <br />
