Keystone Tree Techs

My experience with keystone was terrible. I had 2 trees planted with a replacement guarantee of 1 year. I lost 1 of those due to a buck rub. But here?s the thing. I contacted John who was my rep with a photo as the buck rub began. I had 4 shoulder surgeries in the previous 5 years at that time and was very limited and I couldn?t put up protection for the tree. I contacted John who said someone would be here a few days later but no one showed up. And the buck continued To rub. Now the tree is dead. I have repeatedly tried to contact John. Who won?t return a call. I emailed him and he sent back my email with no answer. I called the office twice and never got a call back. I contacted the owner. Left him a message. Never got a call back. It?s clear they don?t want to replace the tree as the guarantee said. My recommendation is do not believe what they tell you. Do not expect good communication with this company when they finish your project. Because you won?t get it.

Contacted us within 24 hrs of our online request. Showed up to provide estimate the next day. Competitive prices. Very professional and prompt service. Removed 5 difficult-to-access trees with no issues.

Mike promptly returned my phone call & came to give estimate within 24 hrs He was easy to work with...pricing was fair .I was able to get the work done by the next day. They were a professional company and did the job efficiently and well. They did a good job cleaning everything up. They did not leave till he personally made sure I was satisfied with the job.
