One of the workers stole money from my house and because he was wearing gloves when the windows were replaced and when he stole the money, we couldn't get fingerprints or say which one did it. I would never recommend them to anybody. I was very disappointed in their work that they did. Because you're a woman, they think they can get away with stuff. For instance, they said they would replace anything that they tore or ripped in the window frame, and they split one of the window frames and then they patched it. Well, with the curtains on, you can't tell but if you pull back the curtains, you can tell that it was torn and patched. One worker was efficient, the other one kept disappearing so I think he's the one that took the money. They replaced all the windows in a four bedroom home.

The installation went well. The men who did the work were very nice and polite.HOWEVER, 2 of windows have since broken. When I called Scott, the owner earlier this summer he told me it was a manufacturer issue and would take care of it. Two months later I have still not heard back from him and when doing some searches on line, it looks as though his business may have shut down <br />FURIOUS! <br />If in fact, this business is still in tack....DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! <br />

<p>After our initial presentation, where we placed the order on the spot, he apparently got sick.  His parents sent out a letter in February/March (cannot recall exactly) saying that he was very sick and apologized for not getting back to his customers.  My brother was waiting for his windows as well, and received the same letter.  Scott got better, called, and had someone came out to measure the windows in April. In June, we got a call from Scott that the windows would be in soon; there had been a delay at the manufacturer.  Late June we got a call they were in, and he asked if we were available on July 16.  We told him that was a bad day, and that we would get back to him on when would be a better time.  Since then, we have called at least 6 times, over the past 3-4 weeks.  Some of those messages we left specific days we were available as options, and other times we simply asked that he please call us to schedule.  We have not heard from him at all.   </p>

All toll, they did a good job with the install and were easy to work with. The only drawback was I thought they were a little pricey and regretted not getting more estimates before having the work done.

They installed Windows and did a wonderful Job. The workers were extremely professional and cleaned everything up before they left my house. Very good company. I would use them again if the need should arise.

Replacement went well. There was an issue with a leak and they came back to resolve the issue. <br />

Called Scott ...received bid...his price was cheaper by hundreds of dollars for about the same window as his competitors....He provided a date that the windows would be return from the factory...set date for installation...workmen took 2 hours to install....said Scott was great guy to work for.....could not be happier.....would recommend without hesitation....Lawrence Roche <br />

Provided excellent service.  Very conscientious with work.  We were very pleased with the results. <br />

I asked for an estimate for new windows and siding to replace the single pane windows and aluminum siding on my house.  When we went around my house for the estimate, Scott pointed out that it would look nice if I had the ceiling of the porch replaced as well and I agreed.  I received the estimate and signed the contract.  The work was done, everything except for the ceiling of the porch.  I immediately called Scott, figuring that somehow it was forgotten.  His response was unexpected, he said that the ceiling was not included in the contract and it would be an additional $800 if I wanted it done. I insisted he came back to my house so I could explain the situation and how we had agreed that the work should be included. It got me nowhere and the ceiling was never done.  Later when checking the windows, I noticed one of three side by side windows didn't open to the same height as the other two.  I called him and told him about the problem, which he seemed to recognize as something familiar.  He said he would come out and fix it.  I never heard from him again and decided I would stop wasting my time with Keystone Doors & Windows .

I was happy with what he did. The price was what I expected. He told me how long it would take and he was here when he said he would be. They are still great windows to this day. No trouble with them! I’ve never had problems with condensation. He did a very good job.

They did a good job. It was a long time ago, but I have good memories from it. They were reliable. The job was done well. The price was reasonable. Everything was good. They also got us windows from a local company and that’s why the price was more competitive.

From start to finish everything was perfect. From the time they came and gave an estimate to the follow up calls as to when the windows would be installed to the installers. I thought the cost was fair and then after the install was compleared I felt that I received a fantastic cost and service. The windows we much more then I thought they would be. The installation team was the most professionasl ( i have had bad ones in the past) The Job was preformed quickly, did not cause me any problems and the clean up was perfect. I even asked them to install a storm door that was purchesed elsewhare, they did it withoout question <br /> I would highly recomment this company and will use them in the future for my french doors <br />

The installation process was fair, above average. I gave quality a C because one of the seals broke and it has caused some moisture to build up. I am in the process of contacting them currently about my warranty.

They are great people to work with. A+! I would go with them again.

Overall, we ere satisfied until we found these issues. <br /> There is no way for the problem to have occurred other than during this work. <br /> <br />

Workmanship, quality of work, and promptness was fantastic.

Scott was great at explaining and showing the various windows available. We had 10 very old and drafty double hung windows that hadn't been installed well in the first place. Scott's crew was fantastic. They were able to replace all ten in one day and left the place cleaner than when they started! They were very respectful of our home and barely took a lunch break in order to get the job done. I'm very finicky when it comes to caulking and their job was perfect. When we found the company had provided half screens rather than the full screens I requested, I called Scott and he happened to be at the factory. He had them make up the full screens and they were delivered within a few weeks time and installed as well- not dumped at my door for me to do. And I got to keep the half screens as well! I was very pleased from start to finish with the job and would, and have, recommended him to friends.
