Fantastic! KG Cleaning were amazing! We purchased a house and the carpets had stains throughout. The previous owners had a big name cleaning company clean the carpets but the stains did not come out. We called KG and they made the carpet look new! Not only were we impressed with the quality of work but also with their integrity! This company went above and beyond. They stuck to the price they quoted and treated my home and my family with the utmost respect. I can not recommend them enough! After almost a month in our new home our carpets still look great!

Ken was very professional, efficient and courteous. He did an excellent job of deep cleaning my carpet and removing pet stains and odors ( I have a dog and a cat). I highly recommend him and intend to hire him for cleaning jobs in the future. <br />

EXCEPTIONAL! From making the appointment to receiving the rose as Ken finished. My carpets have never looked this clean! Ken was on time, polite and professional, I couldn't of asked for a better experience. He explained the cleaning process before he started, and made sure I was completely satisfied when finished. Ken showed up at short notice to clean the carpets and this red chair and a half in our living room.  He squeezed us into his schedule before he went out of town so I could get this done before company arrived the weekend of his visit:)  Anyhow he came by late in the day and started with the red chair.  It refreshed the color and pattern of the upholstery and left it with that "clean' smell as well as looking almost new again. <br /> <br /> We elected to use a dry cleaning method on the carpets rather than his signature encapsulation method because it was rather late in the day and we needed to reset the furniture before bedtime.  We had some stains over a large area of carpet where my cat regurgitated repeatedly.  Where I tried to clean up,  it just ended up being dark on this pale green carpet and it just looked awful. So, next  he moved on to vacuum  the floors preliminary to extensive spot treatment..  He sprayed product to pre-treat  the carpet, let it sit a bit, then, after working both bedroom areas, he went on to dry clean the floors. Finally, and very methodically, he vacuumed again and sprayed Scotchguard on the carpets. <br /> <br /> Ken took time, as late as it was, to show me how to use this bottle of pet stain treatment he prepared and  left for me. I still have the cat and I haven't figured out how to keep her from chucking her food, so I am sure I will need it.  <br /> <br /> He was very polite, professional, and efficient and the carpets and chair look GREAT:)  I am so happy and I appreciated particularly that he worked me in before my company arrived.   I know that I will use him again and am very happy to recommend him to anyone else that would be interested in having their carpets or furniture cleaned.   Nice guy and very hard working and accomplished in his craft. 

I was very pleased with my experience from this company. My technician, Ken, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and exactly what my carpets needed. I have two large dogs, and they occasionally have accidents on the rugs. Ken was able to extract those problem areas for me. On top of his amazing job, he finished by handing me a rose! The tech, Ken, takes great care to protect our belongings - whether it be our baseboards, furniture or collectibles - within the areas that he cleaned and all other areas of our home. He arrived in a clearly marked vehicle, in nice clothes... He, immediately, made us feel good about our decision to use KG Cleaning. Our time is important so we appreciated the fact that he arrived on time and finished a few minutes early. He never pressured us to purchase any extra items and even gave us a few tips to help with our dog's accidents that we can do in-between cleanings. We wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Extremely Satisfied! I had used Stanley Steamer in the past and was never completely satisfied. High traffic areas that SS could not get cleaned, KG was able to get clean. K G uses a new technique that not only gets the job done, but it's quicker and you do not have to wait for the carpet to dry. You must check this new process out! It really works! Customer Service was over the top and business was conducted with excellence! <br />

I had the tech Ken come out do do my carpet he arrived on time and was very professional . He did  very good job I had some urine spots he got all of them out.the traffic area had lots of spots it came out very good. <br />

Great Service!! and Awesome cleaning method. I've never seen a machine like the one KG Cleaning Service used. My carpet looked so much better..like it was brand new. It dryed very fast and the stains haven't came back yet. The last time I had my carpets cleaned the company used a steam cleaner and even though the carpets looked great the stains came back in like a week and when they were done It took all day for my carpet to dry...it was kinda like pressure washing my carpet. I will use KG Cleaning service again in the future. He gave me a call ahead of time, showed up on time, and he was very professional. I would highly recommend KG Cleaning Service mainly for their level of customer service and the "Method" they used to clean my carpet. My Sofa and Love seat are dark in color so I really couldn't tell a difference but I had peace of mind when they were done.
