I don?t usually leave reviews, but I had to write this one after the help I received. I had an unexpected issue with my water heater and was completely stuck : no hot water, and I didn?t know who to call. Thankfully, I got in touch with KG Plumbing and even though it was short notice and not an easy job, he stepped in without hesitation. He came through in an emergency situation and handled everything with speed and professionalism. The water heater issue was serious, but they diagnosed it quickly, explained everything clearly, and got it fixed in no time. I honestly don?t know what I would?ve done without their help.
