Great and this was the 2nd time we've used them!

We purchased a home in the woods, near lake Michigan this Spring. When we looked at the home, there was snow on the roof, and it was so beautiful. When the snow melted, we found the 10 year old roof was heavily covered in moss and algae. We love the home, and wanted to make it look as good as new if possible....but I figured I'd have to settle for decent..not new. <br>The team from Peak Performance came exactly to the minute when they said they would arrive, cleaned the roof so it looks as good as new, and when they left, the yard was cleaner than when they arrived. As the roof dried, it looked better and better...and in a matter of hours, I began to wonder if they had somehow slipped new shingles on the roof while I wasn't paying attention. <br>Going from a roof that was so heavily coated with moss, that in some places it looked a bit like indoor/outdoor carpet...transformed to what looks like a new roof is beyond astonishing. i love my new home, and having the look of it improve as much as it did with this one project....was worth many times what I paid. If you want a beautiful roof, or if you're thinking of selling and you want to add curb appeal....this is a whole lot of bang for the buck. I was glad to learn that they offer an annual treatment program so that the moss growth will not happen again. With a $12K+ roof over my head, I want it to last and look great...figure these guys will be back every year for the treatments for as long as I own this home.

Guys were great, worked hard and efficiently.  Finished by spaying down house and driveway, couldn't tell they were there when finished.  Roof looks like new! <br />

They showed up very timely.  The roof was in serious need of help.  I had algae, moss, lichen - even some small maple trees growing in my gutters.  The crew was awesome.  They worked very efficiently.  I was blown away with the results.  My roof got an extreme make-over!  It looks brand new!  I am thrilled with the results and would recommend this service to anyone.  Money well spent! <br />

Our roof is complicated, steep and challenging.  The provider was punctual, pleasant and not put off by the challenge.  The roof looks great and they stayed with it until every little section was complete. <br />

Justin and his brother did a great job!  We were very happy with the results. He did not just spray the siding but scrubbed it with a brush. Justin is personable, professional and hard working.  He has good customer service skills.  I would definitely call him again. <br />

I called for an estimate and he came out right away and the job was done on time, no mess was left. The roof looks great he did a great job <br />

I wasn't home to see the work done, but I do know this - my roof is clean, and there is no other sign that they were here! <br />

I think the price was a little bit high but they did an excellent job.

The company kept us informed of the actual date of the washing as we were in no real hurry.  The work was done while we were away and when we returned we found a clean house.  No plants or bushes were harmed when the ladders were placed to reach the second story.  A very nice job and we are pleased with the work.  No complaints.  The siding looks very nice now and we could not be more pleased.  A very professional job. <br />

They arrived on time, professional equipment and uniforms. Got to work right away and had everything cleaned up in about 2 hours. Excellent results. <br />

(NONE of the others we called ever returned our calls!) He came late that afternoon to give us <strong> </strong>an estimate and schedule service within two days. He was polite and professional. He kept us updated as to the exact time the work would be done. They did a wonderful job and we're very pleased. We would recommend this person to anybody. On Saturday, I called for an estimate to clean my roof.  On Sunday I had the estimate in my hands and by Tuesday afternoon, the job was done and it was FABULOUS!  Representative was courteous, friendly, helpful, accomodating, professional.  The best experience I've had with any contracting job ever!
