Great. Completed in four days with no fuss and no noise. Did better and more than expected on repairs and prep. Would recommend this crew for your house painting needs. Excellent.

It was great. I have no problems with them except communication. They did the work that I requested. They were not Spanish. They don't speak English well.

KIC Painting repainted the entire interior of our new home. They were on a short time frame and got the job done as promised within 5 days - and the quality of their work was very good. We were very pleased with the decision to hire them.

Mr. Chai is very good with the initial review, very detail oriented, and appears very conscientious. Very good price estimate. Then didn't show up. I called him, he said they were very busy but would come next week. I should have ended it there. He then had me contact some of his former customers. One did comment that pinning him down could be a problem but was very positive on the quality of work. The people who he subcontracted out to do the repair work were marginal at best. I am already trying to fix the work the did 3 months ago? One area that is exterior facing used none finishing chip board, nails already rusted, caulk separating, and paint peeling. The roof patching started peeling very quickly. I will post pictures of his repair (black tar with no offer to repaint). He was not going to initially paint the roof at all which is completely in view from the upstairs decks. The painters while nice were very difficult to communicate with and referred all questions to him. He is not on the job himself very often. They painted the majority of my windows and doors shut. Isn't this like basic stuff? He did unstick them, I couldn't. Their attention to detail was not poor. These are pictures AFTER I asked them to touch up. I gave up and will do it right myself. I will also do or pay someone else to do the repairs. All in all, nice guy, but you get what you pay for...or maybe not. Keeping appointments and following through is a big problem. Subcontractors poor, but that really has to be on the business. I really don't like giving negative reviews, and although the job looks reasonable from a distance, I see it close up everyday and will be happy when it is done to a higher standard.

Applied primer and two coats of red paint. After a drying time of a couple of weeks, the red paint was very uneven, shiny in some spots and flat in others. I contacted Chai to repair the unevenness and he said he was busy and would contact us the following week. At the end of the following week, he had not responded and I had to re call him. He told us he would charge me $100 to apply another coat. We paid for a job, and he did not complete the job. AND he wants to charge us! Also, I had to reinstall the door locks because he did not know how to do it, and they were not locking after he left.

Well, no paint on the floor and baseboards look great.

House and patios where painted and stained in a neat, timely matter.

They did a fantastic job. They pressure washed, sanded and painted the arbor in 2 days. Work was done on 10/29/15. They also gave me their contractor code to buy the paint at a 20% discount. Cleaned up everything upon leaving.

Looking for a  company to come and paint your house?  <br /> Look no further!  After months of deliberating what color to paint our home, it took a few more weeks to find us a company to paint our home.  <br /> These people were real pro and serious about their work.  They handled the exterior paining job on our new home.  Initially, we hired different company to paint our interior, but these guys did such a good job, we hired them back to paint several rooms and ceilings inside the home as well.  They also did some stucco repairs and they did a fantastic job. <br /> My husband and I were very impressed by how punctual and hardworking their crews were.  They always arrived on time and worked straight through until sundown.  They are professional and honest with the way they handle business.  You can expect full transparency and work to be done in timely manner.  The foreman was also very knowledgeable and knew when to ask for guidance from us.  All the jobs were clean, fast, and looks great.  We'll definitely be using them again if new project comes up and highly recommend them to anyone getting their home painted! <br /> <br /> <br />

I have been using K I C Painting close to over 3 years now and they never let me down.  <br /> Last time I used them was to paint the exterior of house and it's still looking good as new. <br /> So now, it's time to paint the interior of the house and also needed some restaining on the wood fence. <br /> Their prep work and clean up is always up to my standard.  They are always on time, made every commitment.  They'll let you know ahead of time if there are any changes in schedule or work to be done.  Their pricing was the best among other quotes I have requested from other contractors.  The quality of the painting and trim work was excellent (they had to removed our old acoustic ceiling tiles and put up some beautiful sheet rocks wihich turned out wonderfu lookingl).  They also replaced some of the window and floor trims my dog had chewed up. <br /> Consider KIC Painting if you are taking several bids. My daugther recently used K I C Painting to paint the interior of her newly moved condo.  On the day of the project, she had to go on a business trip, so I was there to make sure everything is done as she has expected. <br /> The previous owners, self painted their home in horrible mixed colors and did an awful job.  There were paint dripping all over the edge of the carpet and some parts were over painted.  We needed a professional contractor to fix the problem.  The K I C Painting did a fantastic job and the owner was very responsive and respectful of our time.  He showed up with his crew on time for the job and the job was finished  within promised time and budget.  They also left my daughter's home clean, no trash to pick up after :) <br /> The finished product was excellent.   <br /> I don't know what they did, but their house became much brighter and bigger than before. <br /> We are both completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend K I C Painting!! <br /> <br />

I called Chai for a free estimate and he was able to come in the very next day. When telling him what I wanted, he gave me great advice on what would look best. The project took about a week to finish and every day Chai came in on time with his helper. They kept everything very neat and clean. Chai let me know the progress of the project every day of the project before he left. The finished project looks wonderful and I am so happy with the way it turned out. I now love the way my house looks. I would definitely recommend to others to use KIC Painting for their next painting and contracting needs. <br />

My experience with KIC Painting went very well. Chai was on time for the free estimate and throughout the estimate, he gave me wonderful options and ideas. His quote was one of the best I had received from three different offers. Chai and his helper were very nice and kept my place neat and clean. One of our old tenant moved out and needed some repaint for 2nd floor only.   <br /> I was looking for a painting contractor but ended up using the same guys I have used back in 2014 for other property. <br /> I can't sing KIC painting's praised enough, I have used many other contractors before and they are the far most trusted and detail oriented contractors I have used.   <br /> They were patient and incredibly quick to respond to any questions I have and they were willing to work with me when I needed a change in plans.  When it came to perform the job, the painters were prompt and ready to work at promised time. <br /> They were also able to finish in under the time estimate and were great at responding when needed some touch ups.   <br /> I'm glad I have called them again for this job and will be calling them for all future projects! <br />

KIC Painting did an excellent job in removing the rough plaster on our ceiling and smoothing it out to look clean and fresh. They also painted the entire house including the new doors and trim installed by another contractor. They were professional and always on time. When I called them after the job was complete to do some touch-up work, they came back the next day! Our house looks brand new. We would highly recommend KIC and plan to hire them to paint the exterior next. <br />
