They had to fix a previous contractors huge mistake. Originally we were replacing the roof before it leaked, it was not leaking previously. The previous contractors made it so we had a waterfall effect inside our house. Kilmer Home Renovations came out promptly and determined it was an emergency situation and resolved it within a week. No more leaks and they did it the correct way and walked us through the whole process. They are reasonable priced and do an amazing job. We will hire them over and over again for other house remodeling projects. They are our #1 choice.
