Beware!
I requested for my house to be tented for termite control. They don't do it themselves, they subcontracted a very cheap company call fumesmart!
The day of the tenting, it was very windy, and though I and their own technicians strongly pointed that out, Jorge (the fumesmart supervisor) insisted on getting the fumigation set up. He wanted to penalize me $450 if I want to re-schedule. His technicians did try and just couldn?t close the tent because of the wind, so they ended up re-scheduling anyway.
But because they were trying under heavy wind, they broke roof tiles and knocked off the covers of both chimneys.
I contacted their customer service, they gave me the usual "sorry" and "we understand", but did NOTHING, even after I follwed up with them several times!

Over the past few years, I have hired Kilter to rodent-proof my house, treat it for termites and manage my pest control. I have always had a great experience with them. Hard working guys that do an exceptional job. Their $99 quarterly pest control plan is perfect to keep things under control.

Initial inspection report from Kilter included $7200 to address pest issue they identified. When they sent a PO for the same $7200 from the original quote, we signed it. 70% through the job they said we need to pay another $4500 to complete it because they made a clerical error by not putting the same scope of work in the PO as the original quote. Can't understand how they think they will get away with it. But now I need to waste my time and frustration with arguing with them and will likely end up in court as they don't appear to understand the legal implications of what they did

Work was fine. I always had to call them to schedule a yearly inspection and then repeatedly call to get a copy of the inspection. Also, no discount for having been a steady customer. Up-side was that we didn't have to tent!

Very well. I had had the original inspection and treatment done Sept 2016, and it was time for the annual re-inspection. There was one area of concern re: termites; the inspector made an appointment for me for the treatment to be done. Spiders: I only wanted the exterior and the garage sprayed since I have 3 indoor cats. On the 3 occasions that people came out, I was pleased that, although the arrival window was 8 to noon, they always arrived between 8 and 8:30. Ricardo (pest control) called to let me know he was on his way and gave me an exact arrival time. On all 3 current occasions, the office called to confirm the appointment the day before.

The man who came out did not completely do the job. He missed at least 10 or 12 spots and when I asked them to come back out they told me to schedule another appointment, but that they wouldn't repair any of the damaged wood. I can't trust them to do this job .

I used Kilter Termite and Pest Control. They were here February of 2016. They get an A on the tenting part but I give them an F on the wood repair because every board split. they did come out and look and I told them they needed to replace it. I had called them last month and still haven't replaced anything or called me back for an appointment. So I'm not very happy with them right now. I felt the price was competitive with the other people. When they came out to do the job punctuality was an A. They were there when they said they were going to be there and they got it all wrapped up and they said they got it wrapped up. They were very good and cleaned up after themselves.

I am a repeat customer and this is not because their service suck, which is not. I am a repeat customer because they go over and beyond to fix our pest problems. Just recently, I called them to handle a rodent problem in one of our property and they again provided a courteous and quality pest control service that has sold us in the first place. Due to the complexity of the problem, they came several times to make sure they have completely removed the pests. <br>
