"I’m sorry [Member Name Removed] The house was so dirty it need to have a lot more stuff done if You wanted the whole windows inside and out I wish you would’ve told me that you need it done I gave you a really good price for what needed to be done someone didn’t take care of that place I went end and did hours of deep cleaning I’m sorry that there was a miss understanding I do carpets floors cleaning and deep and stranded cleaning etc if I would of known you need a inside and out window cleaning I would of been prepared for it sorry I made your home look a lot more for a person to actually live in now mold and scum was difficult for me to get clean I do have before and after pictures so u know how much it looks now and before you also wanted me to take dirt of the inside and out side of the windows.For the price you got a really good deal I’m do apologize for the inconvenience"
