Very professional work, identified a issue that I may have later and made sure I understood what that correction would cost, so we can budget.

Great. HVAC unit working better than in past 10 years.

It's a couple of hundred dollars a year I think. It's $150 bucks a visit or something like that. They do good work. One person comes out to complete the service. It takes about an hour.

Mickey came right over, looked at it and told me what I needed to do. He was great, but I also asked for a salesman to come over and quote me on a new split unit for upstairs. He came by but never emailed me the quote. My rating is for Mickey, not the salesman!

Excellent!   The technician, Mickey, was excellent, courteous and friendly.  I don't have to worry that I am being taken advantage of and know that the work is 100% done correctly and doesn't require a bank loan to pay for the visit.   I will highly recommend them to any and every one who needs work done to their HVAC units or new units. <br />

Called in a service request after our heat went out the night before, the tech (Cliff) came out and looked at the unit, he showed me what was wrong and why we weren't getting any heat, the unit was over 12 yrs old, and the replacement parts and labor were going to be high for a unit that old (which was to be expected) instead of repairing the old unit we decided to pursue replacing it with a brand new unit, hoping they could replace it all in an afternoon. <br /> Seems like the entire Kimbro team kicked it into high gear and was able to remove the old unit, put a new pad down and install a brand new unit in an afternoon.  Cliff then stepped us thru the programming of the new thermostat and ensured we were very happy with everything and had a good understanding of the system. I felt like I got a good price for a new unit and all of the work and all of the effort of the Kimbro team was excellent, would highly recommend them. <br />

He quoted me a price over the phone while I was at work and when I got home the receipt that he left with my wife was $30.00 <br /> more than what he quoted me. They are way too over priced it shouldn't cost that much for a 1/2 hour of work. <br /> There are more trust worthy companies out there than these guys. <br />

They left an unholy mess in my upstairs bathroom. Several months later it became apparent that fittings had not been glued properly (although they had been covered with insulation). They did send somebody out to fix the problem but if never should have occurred in the first place

My entire heat and air conditioning unit had finally died.  My old one was 20 years old and very out of date.  A Kimbro Air representative came out to my house on the same day I called them.  They were quick to respond and very courteous.  Once they put together a proposal (that same day) I did a little research (comparison) and learned that Kimbro was the most reasonably priced company in the Nashville and Hendersonville area and had better reviews from area neighbors then any other AC company.  I also called a friend of mine at American Standard and even the manufacturer gave them great marks.  This made up our mind and we agreed to replacing the old AC unit. <br /> Kimbro Air came out the next day and did an incredible job.  The two technicians were really familiar with our old unit and had it replaced with a new, energy efficient unit in no time.  The technicians made my wife feel comfortable and they were very professional since I couldn't be there all day.  They showed us ways to save money on future heating and air costs and did a very thorough job in the installation.  They covered all of the areas they walked on and were very clean leaving nothing behind when they were finished.  I got to speak to one of the technicians and was pleased to see they level of knowledge they have in this field.  <br /> I have used several AC companies in the past to fix or repair my AC units, but never had the complete satisfaction that Kimbro Air had given me.  I have already told several of my friends about them and will continue to praise the work that they do. <br /> <br />

I felt comfortable with them and I thought that they were honest and they have integrity. The service crew came out here and he was there waiting for me because I had a meeting after work. He was very prompt, on time, courteous, professional and he had a lot of pretty good ideas that was going on.

Excellent. They were very professional. He showed me what he was doing and some things that are going to need some attention in the future and possibly the cost of what it might run. I just liked the fact that he took the time to explain and to point out and show me everything not just to normally tell me the problems he found out visually but the problems that could possibly occur.

I have used Kimbro Air for all my HVAC needs since 2002 and have never been disappointed. <br />

I do business with them in my home and the family I worked for.  They are very knowledgeable in Air conditioner and heating system.  If you buy the service, they are very good about maintaining it.  They did an exceptional job in keeping the machine up and running and in top shape.  They are even particular about keeping it clean like they lay down 3 foot wide plastic on the floor so that they would not damage the carpet or the floor. They are very good at what they do and they are sensitive to keeping the environment they are working in tidy.

Installation crew was timely and principally efficient, the spec on the pricing of the jobless where the issues came into play and then an outrageous price was offered up for a recirculating pump that would also need to be installed. Had to negotiate it back down after doing my own research. I had considered them for replacing a 1.5 ton HVAC unit but pricing provided was over a $1000 more than two other estimates. <br />
