I loved working with Quality Water. Bret was very helpful, even meeting me in person during construction to discuss the future placement of my equipment. When I had questions a few months after moving in, they were right there to help me out. Great company!

They fixed the problem. However, I did have a hard time convincing him that it was not working. He tried to make me believe that I didn't know what I was talking about. When he decided to go into it, he discovered what needed repaired as I had been telling him all along. He took part of it home with him and re-did the insides of it. I also had to buy two newer units. I felt the cost was expensive for the work. <br /> <br /> UPDATE 5.1.13 <br /> He called and asked why I gave him a low rating. Then he got really huffy with me. By the time he got done he was very rude and kept calling me "hunny" and it wasn't nice so I hung up. After my experience with him being just like the experience I had with the guy who came out, I do not want to do business with him again. I don't want him calling me again either.

They are very good in coming up and selling but they are very poor in costumer service, on following up and everything. They were good but I had issues with them.

The people at Kinetico were very prompt in coming out to look at the job. They were very knowledgeable regarding their products and were able to make recommendations specific to our hard water issues. The installation was painless and I am pleased with our current water system.

Kinetico Water Systems Of Inland NW came out and gave me good advice about the system. Their testing results were accurate. He educated my husband and I. He installed the system that my husband had set his sight on even though we did not need it and he educated us about how we didn't need it. He respected my husbands choice and put in the system. He did an excellent job. <br />

We got the referral from one of our contractors. They were very informative but not very pressuring as far as to buy their product. One of the cons is the cost. I don't think anybody is very cheap for water softeners. The other pro is the quality of the equipment itself. We would use them again in the future.
