I have had a Kinetico softener for 7 years, and it has provided soft water as expected. However, it has required service 3 times. Last year, there was a water leak from one tank. A technician came and replaced the tank. The system has a 10 year warranty, but he charged me $60 labor, but the replacement cylinder was free under warranty. In January 2022, there was a water leak from the other cylinder. The earliest service visit available was March 2nd. The technician replaced the second cylinder in less than 30 mins and charged me $85 callout fee and $60 labor, telling me the previous replacement should have also charged the callout fee as well. I feel I have been ripped off $145 for replacing the second faulty cylinder, supposedly under warranty. Some warranty!!

We cannot recommend Kinetico of SWFL enough! After having a great experience with the Regional Manager, Greg West, we opted to install a whole house system. Greg was so knowledgeable and could explain in terms we actual could understand! Everything from our drinking water, laundry, showers is amazing. The technician that did the install was super, so from beginning to end Kinetico nailed it! Thanks to the entire team at Kinetico!

I hired Kinetico to install a full house reverse osmosis system. I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their water quality.

Do not hire. They only want to up sell and will do anything to sell a new system rather than repair and stand by their work. The work has never been completed to my satisfaction. They were happy to make some repairs (stop the water gushing out of my water softener) and then try and get me to spend another $3,500 for a new system. Unfortunately, I have animals living in the water softener tank. I requested they replace / repair to ensure any unnecessary holes were plugged, but the office staff said the "holes" were there for overflow." I'm not sure why anyone would want animals living in their water supply....I certainly don't. Kinetico has refused to refund any money or repair the system. BEWARE!

Excellent. The technician did everything possible to put the system in a safe location. He did not hesitate to cooperate with my requests regarding equipment placement and he did an outstanding job of getting it done. I highly recommend this company.

My Kinetico system has been in for a month now. I have been very satisfied with softness of my water and the great taste. It makes cleaning so much easier when the water is not hard. All of the employees have been so nice. They are true professionals, starting with the salesman to scheduling personnel to the installation men. The installation men always wore shoe coverings so they did not bring in dirt and ask my opinion on everything they did. They left my house with nothing out of place. My experience was perfect and so is my water!

It went great. The giant beast of a system will provide plenty of fresh clean water for years to come. Quiet, not a lot of equipment on electricity, water is drinkable!! Installation went very well. Very pleased overall.

Very well. Professional, respectful, timely & both sales person & installation men were very nice Our water now tastes very good & no longer smells. Also when I get out of the shower I fell cleaner with no residue left on my skin.

Excellent. The installer was on time, did a great job. Roger came out a week or so later to check on it , measure the water hardness, etc. Hardness went down more than 50 %.

They showed up the day and time that was promised. The install was done very professional and looks professional. Any questions I ask as the install was being preformed was answered without delay. The price was good and their follow up exceeded my expections.

We stopped in to the Venice Office. They promptly scheduled a visit that was agreeable for us & came on time. Systems were explained, schedule (time frame for installation) set & the work was done. Water is so much better! Tastes good & smells good too! Very smooth process & nice people that we were in contact with; good people & good work with great end product in place.

Called Kinetico on a Saturday, A tech named Will called and asked a few questions. Told me not to worry and he would be to my house soon. 20 minutes later he was already working on the system. Called the problem right away, and had all parts and tools with him. Did not have to wait for a repair. During the repair we spoke and gathered he truly cared about my house, and the luxury of having water. Tank needed to fill up in order for the water to kick on, Will said he would not leave until that happened to make sure my family had water. Everyone in the offices is as nice as can be! Great company!
