He replaced a part that was $380.00 and when Tim Lopez took the refrigerator apart, he damaged the drawer, which is not costing us $400.00

I supplied part, King Appliance charged $150!! Said their service call was $69. When I questioned the amount, was told they charge based on "a national average rate." Was here 15-20 min at most. Would never use again.

Dishwasher still didn't heat.  The cost of the part wholesale is $178.  I offered to split the charge with the provider since they did not fix the dishwasher and made me buy a part that I didn't need.  Provider told me they would never work for me again.  Yikes.

Technician Pete Gomez was prompt, was able to immediately determine the problems, replaced the part and all is now working fine. He didn't charge for clearing the air from the water line or cleaning the coils.

They gave me a bill for the service call for the dishwasher because they couldn't fix it. The cost for the repair was more than the cost for a new dishwasher. They said the refrigerator needed a part so the next day they came to install it. That evening it was leaking again from a different place. They came back and said it was a different part that they needed to order. They couldn't get the part so they repaired the old part. We are still without a dishwasher because we have to buy a new one. The refrigerator is working but it took about 3 days in total before they got it fixed. It was still working during that time but it was leaking water. The workers were very friendly but when you pay for something you want it not to do what it was doing. It was a bit of a wait for the repairman. They sent the same repairman and he had another job that morning. I am still a little ticked about the dishwasher. I don't think I would use them again.
