We are happy to say we have expanded into the Chelan-Douglas County area and are based in Manson WA. Our goal is to make you never have a surprise septic system issue. We are dedicated to helping all of our customers avoid expensive disasters through preventative maintenance. "Hello [Member Name Removed] I can’t believe that you just gave me horrible review. You septic tank had not been pumped in years and was very thick with solids. After pumping the system water from the drain field was flowing back into the system. You have a drain field problem. You waited until March 9 to write a review. The service was completed in January and now you post a review."
"I am sorry you found you were over charged. You were quoted 460.00 for the first 1000 gallons and .46 per gallon after 1000. You had two tanks that were 1000 gallons and second tank was 750 gallons. The pump to the system had been unplugged and therefore the system was not working properly which meant both tanks were completely full. You also had screws to your lids that were stripped out by someone other than our company. You did have one lid that was concrete that had no lid handles. We did come back the next day and installed handles for free. Your service charge was quoted properly. Thank you for your feedback."
