Ben was prompt and communicative during the initial estimate and beginning of the job. His crew removed the old driveway and part of the sidewalk. In the process broke the sprinkler line which he warned us could happen. Concrete and sidewalk looks fabulous! Problem is it took days to get the sprinkler system repaired by his crew. They also didn?t bury an electrical wire under the sidewalk. They came out and cut a groove in the sidewalk to slip the wire into but didn?t seal it. I decided to do this myself based on the fact that I was tired of having to contact them. They left my rock gardens in a shamble and I have to fix that myself. As far as Ben is concerned he was good to work with. I was not impressed with his crew though just on the finish up job. Other than that we are pleased with the results of the concrete work

There was issues in the project that resulted in not getting the top finish I asked for, a few areas are not level when walking on surface areas, cleaning was not completed at finish of project, contractor not responding to my text to meet with me concerning a couple of issues after contractor was paid in full and cost of project went $480 over quoted work.

Ben and crew did a great job. Came same day as I contacted them for an estimate. Gave options and a fair price for work. Estimate was done on Wednesday work began and finished by Friday of the same week. Crew worked hard and fast. I now have a great patio to enjoy. When completed the crew cleaned up the area and made sure I was happy with the work. Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication.

Concrete Flatwork - Repair & Resurface
Ben and his son Gavin showed up on time and finished the job in one day. Left me with clear instructions as to how to “water in” the decomposed granite between the flagstones. I did what he told me and the granite set up firm just like he said it would. I’m very satisfied with his work and plan to have him replace my circular drive in front of my house soon.

Very quick, efficient, and professional. The work was top notch. Took out the whole back yard, and installed concrete, & artificial turf. It was a very large project, & the guys handled it way quicker than I imagined. Many projects to be done in the future & they will be the ones I call and recommend.

Sod Installation
We needed the lava rock landscaping removed and sod installed. I called him on Thursday, began on Monday morning, finished by noon that day. Awesome job! They did amazing! Hard working! Very professional! Reasonably priced! Would hire them again for any service!

Concrete Sawing or Removal
Replaced sidewalk in front and added three rings around trees as promised The problem came because of lack of clean up and broken sprinklers Ben said he would come out and pick up rocks and concrete pieces left in yard and clean up edges of rings around trees, but that didn?t happen Ben said his sprinkler guy would call, but that didn?t happen Therefore, we have had to pick up before we could mow Then, we had to find and pay sprinkler repair person Still no follow up from Ben

After a one week delay due to weather (subfreezing temperature snow and ice) his crew came out early, cut out and removed the existing walkways, and replaced them with new walkways. Concrete was poured into the forms, brush finished and the forms removed in a single day. Work was professionally done, and after the concrete cures, will provide a smooth surface for my parents and their walkers.
