The initial meeting was excellent. Contract was signed and work was to start the following week. Contractor was often missing for several days at a time. Would text that he was coming and did not show up. The cabinets were framed as agreed upon. That work was beautifully done. The main issue is around the painting of the cabinets. The contractor failed to use appropriate paint for cabinets. When I questioned him about it, he said they didn’t have the correct paint available at the store. This was not discovered until the job was complete. The cabinets are now peeling and chipping. The contractor lost the fittings that are used to keep the shelves in place. As a result, I am not about to put all of my shelves back in to the cabinets. The contractor failed to put all of the hinges back on to the doors properly. As a result, some of the cabinets do not open and close properly. The co tractor agreed to return and address all of the outstanding issues, including applying a clear coat of sealer to the cabinets. He has not returned. He has text several times saying that he will be here and has never shown. He is no longer responding to my calls and texts. Finally, he removed light switches and has not replaced them all. He left some light switches on the wall with no screws!! I would like to have a refund of 50%. (1800) or the contractor should return and properly complete the job. The cost of paint was not included in the contract. Therefore, purchasing the correct paint should not have been an issue. I would like this matter resolved within 30 days. By October 1, 2022 this matter should be appropriately resolved.

I am 100 percent satisfied with what Kingdom Restoration did to my projects in my rental properties. Whakkson and his partners repaired the floor of my deck and did interior paintings in a couple of my rental properties and the results are awesome. They clean up after the job without any problem. As a Landlord, I have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past and my experience with Kingdom Restoration is very positive and will definitely use them again. Thank you Whakkson and friends!
