Kingdom Tree Removal and Landscaping

I recently contracted Kingdom Tree company for the removal of an unviable tree from my backyard. I would be remiss if I did not express my satisfaction with the job well done, but to also take a moment to recognize the impeccable experience I had with the owner, Antwan. Not only was Antwan professional and courteous, flawlessly executing the job he was sent to do, but he provided a level of customer service that exceeded my expectations. He patiently answered questions and assuaged my concerns about a stressful situation involving my most important investment... my home. This crew was well organized and courteous as well and should be is recognized for their stellar work and unparalleled commitment to the job. The tree was over 100 feet tall and completely dead, and leaning toward my neighbor's house. Immediate response to emergency situation. Professional, efficient service. Damaged trees were removed the day they came. Cleanup completed the next day. Would work with this company again.

The trees were cut and stumps grinded. The yard was left messy from the grinds. They did not try to smooth the grinds. I was promised a receipt but never got one. Not professional.

Antoine was Excellent arrived on time, immediately began work, periodically check to make sure they were doing what I asked. They were mannerable, hard working, respectful,and professional. I plan to hire them again for additional landscaping work in the near future.

It went really good! They were punctual, Job done in a timely manner, job was cleaned up, & they didn’t accept a dime until The project was complete.

The work was incomplete and no refund. They just took $3600 and just leave.
