King Kong-Krete

DO NOT HIRE!!! THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! This company never completed the job hiring. They did build the retaining wall but never added enough dirt to level my yard AFTER they charged me another 1500 to add more dirt. The wood they used for the yard was busted, old, and had nails sticking out of it. The labor left trash and dangerous foods in my yard that could have killed my dog if I had not found them. They never leveled our yard or added drainage, busted up our entire sprinkler system, and completely tore up our yard so we had no grass. The cost to fix the damage to our yard will probably be more than the original project. SAVE YOURSELF! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

It seems like they all know what they are talking about in regards to the work they do. The work was decent/good. My complaints come with lacking attention to detail with the clean-up from the project and my main complaint was the customer service. It was very difficult to navigate payments with this company. Also, there was not great communication surrounding expectations. I would not recommend them, although I am mostly happy with their work. Was not worth dealing with the payment issues they were having and some of the work they did is just decent with the rest being good. I was hoping for great with the amount we spent. They saved us money in some areas, but again, the pictures they showed of other projects they have done were perfect. Ours was not close to perfect by any means. I am going to have to do a lot of cleaning up after them now that the project is over, which is disappointing.

King Kong-Krete was incredibly talented, efficient, kind, and professional. They reported our driveway, walkway, and extended our patio. It’s absolutely beautiful
